背景技术：
炼胶机刮刀装置是一种装配在炼胶机辊筒周边，用于将胶料从辊筒上刮下的装置。现有的刮刀装置是通过螺栓固定，使刮刀与辊面接触，但工作中的摩擦会使刮刀与辊面的间隙变大，由于无法及时调整，致使进料出现泄露，影响炼胶质量。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述问题，提供一种可以保证刮刀与辊面时时贴合的炼胶机刮刀装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是：一种炼胶机刮刀装置，设有刮刀，刮刀固定在刮刀体上，刮刀体活动安装在轴上。
本发明在工作过程中当刮刀与辊面存在间隙时，刮刀和刮刀体在重力作用下绕轴转动，使刮刀与辊面相贴合，并且由于辊筒相对刮刀是逆向转动，进一步保证两者贴合的紧密性，避免了进料的泄露，保证了炼胶的质量。
