背景技术
目前，木板一般通过连接件连接，如公开号为CN201212233，名称为一种木板连接件的实用新型专利，由两个定位片及一个连接片组成，两个定位片分别位于连接片的左右两侧，所述木板连接件的横截面类似“工”字形。所述定位片相对连接片所在的平面左右对称。这些连接件用于连接比较短小的木板具有一定的优势，且使用方便。
但是，当需要连接的木板长度和重量都比较大时，这些连接方式就不一定适用了。
目前，连接大木板时，一般使用有齿的金属板进行连接。这些有齿的金属板一般是在金属板上通过开凿小孔，开小孔时，孔内部的金属齿全部偏向一侧，从而得到一面有齿的金属板。连接时，将有齿金属板手工钉入两个木板，从而达到木板连接的目的。用手工操作既耗时，又会产生金属板钉入不平整的问题，且连接效果不好。

本压齿设备在使用过程中，可以将压齿设备安装在车辆上，或者通过一个支架悬挂起来、通过滑轮或其他设备进行移动。从而可以方便使用。
使用时，将需要连接的两块木板连接放置在下部金属板上，在木板连接处放一个齿向下的有齿的金属板，开动开关，油压泵工作将上部金属板下压，使齿钉入两块木板，从而达到连接木板的效果。由于通过油压泵提供压力，促使金属板下压，从而达到连接处平整，美观等优点。
