本实用新型公开了一种折弯机，属五金工具类产品，具体的讲是电力行业在变电站用于对母排加工、平弯用的折弯机。
背景技术
母排是电力行业用量较大的排线支撑，用于排整齐电力线路。被加工的母排没有统一规格，无章可循，制有根据现场实地情况进行操作。公知的母排加工是将母排固定在台钳或固定架上，在需要折弯处垫上木块，用锤子敲击木块，使母排变形弯曲到需要的角度，用这种加工方法敲制折弯母排存在于以下缺陷，一是母排折弯的精度差，达不到实际需要；二是劳动强度大，生产效率低；三是生产中噪音大，危害操作者身心健康。目前，还没有一种用于母排加工折弯的专用折弯机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种折弯机，用这种折弯机加工母排，不仅加工的母排精度高，而且加工速度快，生产效率高，生产中无噪音，不对操作者身心造成危害。
为实现本实用新型的目的采取了如下技术方案：
制一种折弯机，这种折弯机包括有机架，在机架内的底部固定有动力机构，在动力机构上面固定有模具的下模；在机架内的上部固定有模具的上模。
本实用新型所述的动力机构是液压千斤顶。
本实用新型的动力机构也可以是其它动力设备。
本实用新型的特点是结构简单，制造容易，使用方便；其显著优点是加工的母排精度高，加工速度快，生产效率高，生产中无噪音，不对操作者身心造成危害。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，图中的6是支撑架，在支撑架6的上面连有固定架3，支撑架6和固定架3制成本实用新型的机架。在机架内的底部固定有液压千斤顶2，在液压千斤顶2的上面固定有模具的下模4；在机架内的上部固定有上模5，制成折弯机。
将需要折弯的母排置于本实用新型的上模5与下模4之间，使折弯处对准上模的顶尖处，启动操作口1使液压千斤顶2上行，直至母排加工成模具的角度即可。
由于本实用新型用模具对母排进行折弯，因此折弯处整齐、精度高；用液压挤压模具，生产中无噪音、速度快，效率高。

1.一种折弯机，其特征在于：这种折弯机包括由支撑架(6)和固定架(3)制成的机架，在机架内的底部固定有动力机构，在动力机构上面固定有模具的下模(4)；在机架内的上部固定有模具的上模(5)。
2.按权利要求1所述的折弯机，其特征在于：所述的动力机构是液压千斤顶(2)。
