本实用新型涉及油田油井作业入井液地面设施，特别涉及一种入井液过滤装置。
背景技术
传统的油田油井作业入井液，一般由地面泵或水泥车、泵车直接自井口泵人井内。这种方法及设施虽然也能将液体注入井中，但其存在如下的缺点或不足：①入井液易被污染；②被污染的入井液入井后，对油层造成伤害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目是提供一种入井液过滤装置，采用上接头外管、基管、过滤套和出口接头的组合结构，连接于入井液的管道之间，对入井液进行过滤，有效地克服或避免上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
本实用新型所述的入井液过滤装置，包括上接头、O型圈、固定环、外管、基管、过滤套、出口接头、下接头、堵头。所述上接头和下接头之间外与外管相连接，外管上安装有出口接头，下接头上安装有堵头，上接头和下接头内安装有固定环，固定环与基管相连接，基管上安装有过滤套。
其中，所述外管与过滤套之间设置有通过过滤流体的环形空间。所述出口接头安装于外管的一侧，与通过过滤流体的环形空间相连通。所述过滤套所处的基管上设有均布的过流通道。所述过滤套为可拆换式的间隙配合结构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下优点：
1、过滤套为可换式，方便用不同精度过滤套调换；
2、对入井的液体进行过滤，过滤套为可更换式结构，当其过滤性能不好或被堵时，可随时方便地更换过滤套；

4、入井液不易被污染；
5、清洁合格的入井液入井后，有效地保护油层免受伤害。

参阅附图，一种入井液过滤装置，包括上接头1、O型圈2、固定环3、外管4、基管5、过滤套6、出口接头7、下接头8、堵头9。上接头1和下接头8之间外与外管4相连接，外管4上安装有出口接头7，下接头8上安装有堵头9，上接头1和下接头8内安装有固定环3，固定环3与基管5相连接，基管5上安装有过滤套6。
外管4与过滤套6之间设置有通过过滤流体的环形空间。出口接头7安装于外管4的一侧，与通过过滤流体的环形空间相连通。过滤套6所处的基管5上设有均布的过流通道。过滤套6为可更换式的间隙配合结构，当其过滤性能不好或被堵时，可随时方便地更换过滤套6。上接头1、固定环3和下接头8上安装有O型圈2。堵头9安装于下接头8的下端。

1.一种入井液过滤装置，包括上接头、O型圈、固定环、外管、基管、过滤套、出口接头、下接头、堵头，其特征在于所述上接头和下接头之间外与外管相连接，外管上安装有出口接头，下接头上安装有堵头，上接头和下接头内安装有固定环，固定环与基管相连接，基管上安装有过滤套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的入井液过滤装置，其特征在于所述外管与过滤套之间设置有通过过滤流体的环形空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的入井液过滤装置，其特征在于所述出口接头安装于外管的一侧，与通过过滤流体的环形空间相连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的入井液过滤装置，其特征在于所述过滤套所处的基管上设有均布的过流通道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的入井液过滤装置，其特征在于所述过滤套为可拆换式的间隙配合结构。
