Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电压力锅，包括有外壳、中层、内锅和发热盘，所述发热盘通过其支撑脚置于中层内的底部位置，内锅置于中层内的发热盘上，发热盘底部固定设置有第一隔热板，所述中层内的底部位置上固定设置有第二隔热板。本实用新型结构简单，制造容易，成本低，设置双层隔热板，具有较好的隔热效果。

本实用新型属于家电产品技术领域，具体涉及一种电压力锅。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的电热压力锅其工作原理和压力锅是一样的，是在电饭锅的基础上，把电饭锅的锅胆换成压力锅，其特点是压力锅和底部发热盆可以分开的，一般有恒温、计时、过热断电等功能。其不足之处是一般家庭煮熟了的食物都是马上吃，所以恒温作用不大，而且浪费电，前现有的电压力锅发热盘发出的热量向上、下传递，在加热的过程中向下传递的热量就没有被利用，而且，向下传递的热量对锅底的元器件造成很大的影响，甚至造成电压力锅的使用寿命降低。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种隔热效果好的电压力锅。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：电压力锅，包括有外壳、中层、内锅和发热盘，所述发热盘通过其支撑脚置于中层内的底部位置，内锅置于中层内的发热盘上，发热盘底部固定设置有第一隔热板，所述中层内的底部位置上固定设置有第二隔热板。
进一步，所述发热盘大小与第一隔热板相适应。
进一步，所述第一隔热板为云母板或石棉板或玻璃棉板。
进一步，所述外壳上设有控制电源的定时开关。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：(1)结构简单，制造容易，成本低；(2)设置双层隔热板，具有较好的隔热效果。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本实用新型所述的电压力锅，其包括内锅1，中层2，外壳3，以及设于内锅1之下的发热盘4，其通过支撑脚41置于中层2内的底部位置。发热盘4底部固定设置有第一隔热板5，其大小与发热盘大小相适应。作为优选，所述第一隔热板为云母板或石棉板或玻璃棉板。所述中层2内的底部位置上固定设置有第二隔热板6。
如图4所示，所述外壳3上设有控制电源的定时开关7。
使用时，接上电源，旋动定时开关7旋钮到所需烹煮功能，加热灯8亮煮工作开始，内锅1在发热盘4的加热下，其内部温度不断上升，压力也随之上升。由于发热盘4之下设置了两层隔热板，有效地阻隔了发热盘的热量向下传递，减少热量的损失，提高了本实用新型能量的利用率，实现了节能的目的；同时，能量利用率提高了，烹饪时间也缩短，使本实用新型相较于现有技术具有节能、省时的明显特点。

1.电压力锅，包括有外壳、中层、内锅和发热盘，所述发热盘通过其支撑脚置于中层内的底部位置，内锅置于中层内的发热盘上，其特征在于，发热盘底部固定设置有第一隔热板，所述中层内的底部位置上固定设置有第二隔热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电压力锅，其特征在于，所述发热盘大小与第一隔热板相适应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电压力锅，其特征在于，所述第一隔热板为云母板或石棉板或玻璃棉板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电压力锅，其特征在于，所述外壳上设有控制电源的定时开关。
