在电子配件行业，变压器骨架插针机，在电子加工上起到很大作用，为适应现代电子工业生产的机械化、高速化，手工插针加工方式或半自动化加工方式，已不能满足市场的需求，因为手工加工方式速度慢、其生产效率低，同时因为是人工操作，没有一定的标准，易产生大量的不良品。 
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，而提供一种新型插针机，其结构设计简单科学，对称转动，全自动化生产，生产效率高，其生产的产品精度高。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，其包括架体、送料架、装配装置、控制台，架体上设有送料架，送料架上设有两个以上的料轮，架体上端设有装配装置、控制台。 
所述的装配装置上设有折弯机构。 
所述的送料架为对称设置，至少为两个以上。 
所述的装配装置气缸控制。
