[0002] 单采暖壁挂炉主要由外壳以及安装在外壳内的密封室、燃气比例阀、循环水泵、风 机、燃烧室、燃烧器、热交换器、安全阀、点火装置和控制系统等组成,燃气阀通过进气管与 燃烧器连接,供暖系统由供暖回水管、循环水泵、热交换器、供暖出水管等组成,供暖系统为 闭式系统。
[0003] 传统的单采暖壁挂炉是利用换热器吸收燃气燃烧所产生的热量,传递给由循环水 泵提供了动力的供暖回水,经热交换后供暖水的水温升高,然后,经供暖出水管供给供暖系 统热量;当有热需求时,首先启动循环水泵,再开启风机,待风压开关接通后,点火装置点 火,燃气阀开启,火焰探测电极检测到火焰,点火成功,壁挂炉进入正常运行。在运行中还可 根据运行温度和设定温度差值进行自动调节,特别是当温度达到设定温度后将燃气阀开度 减小,仅以小火维持水的温度,最大限度的节约燃气。系统内设置了安全阀、超温保护器、旁 通阀、温度传感器等安全装置,在运行中出现系统过热和压力不符合及缺水等故障时能自 动停机,以保证安全。燃烧产生的高温烟气通过风机排出燃气壁挂炉外部。
[0004] 传统的单采暖壁挂炉是从右侧回水,左侧出水。膨胀水箱置于壁挂炉后侧。进水 阀为连体式结构。所用换热器为无氧钢钎焊浸银粉结构,这种结构工艺复杂,价格昂贵。

[0005] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种单采暖壁挂炉,其结构是从 左侧回水,右侧出水,膨胀水箱置于壁挂炉右侧,安装维护方便,进水阀为分体式结构,所用 翅片热交换器经机械涨管而成,无需钎焊,结构工艺简单,价格便宜。

1. 一种单采暖壁挂炉,包括外壳、设在外壳内上方的燃烧室、设在燃烧室外并位于外壳 内的密封室、设在燃烧室内下方的燃烧器、设在燃烧器上的反馈针及点火针、供暖回水管、 供暖出水管、一端与供暖回水管连通的膨胀水管、设在膨胀水管上的水压开关及压力表、与 膨胀水管另一端连通的膨胀水箱、设在供暖回水管上的循环水泵、设在供暖出水管上的温 度传感器、与燃烧器连通的进气管、设在进气管上的燃气比例阀、与供暖回水管连通的冷水 进水管及设在烟气排出口的风机,烟气排出口设在燃烧室的上方;其特征在于:还包括热 交换盘管(10)及设在热交换盘管上的翅片热交换器(16),热交换盘管的入水端与供暖回 水管(2)连通并位于外壳(1)内的左侧,热交换盘管的出水端与供暖出水管(21)连通并位 于外壳内的右侧;所述的膨胀水箱(20)位于外壳内的右侧;所述的风机(11)位于燃烧室 (14)的出风口处。
