Abstract

一种新型透气装置,用于工程机械变速箱或驱动桥的排气系统上,由防尘帽、弹簧、盖片、橡胶阀片以及塞体组成。塞体通过锥螺纹连接在变速箱或驱动桥的壳体上,确保密封效果;橡胶阀片放置于塞体端面上,盖片再置于橡胶阀片上,弹簧的小端与盖片接触,大端穿过防尘帽内的导向杆后顶在防尘帽上端的内壁上,防尘帽内部导向杆既起到弹簧的导向作用,又起到排气时盖片的行程限位作用,确保排气间隙的均匀性与可靠性;防尘帽能阻止污物堵塞塞体的轴向通气孔孔口,确保排气孔畅通。本实用新型采用上述结构,能自动调节、平衡壳体内压力,有效阻止污物进入壳体,延长齿轮油的工作寿命,装配简单、可靠有效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种透气装置,应用于工程机械变速箱或驱动桥上的排气系统。 
背景技术
变速箱或驱动桥为了能把壳体中的气体排出,通常在壳体较高位置设计有透气装置。常用的透气装置是在壳体上钻一个带内螺纹的通孔,然后在通孔内旋入螺塞,当排气时需手动拧下螺塞,为了增强密封效果,安装螺塞时需在其底部与壳体结合面上添加密封圈。这种透气装置在使用一段时间后或工况特别恶劣的环境下极易因为螺纹间磨损出现间隙而松动,影响密封效果导致漏油,抗污染能力差。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种零件加工工艺性好、装配结构简单、生产成本低、密封与防尘效果好、可靠性高的新型透气装置,从根本上解决了需手动拧松螺塞排气的不便,密封效果与抗污染能力差的缺陷。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由防尘帽、弹簧、盖片、橡胶阀片以及塞体组成,设有轴向通气孔的塞体通过锥螺纹连接在变速箱或驱动桥壳体上,能确保其密封效果;橡胶阀片置于塞体端面上,盖片再置于橡胶阀片上,防尘帽内圆锥螺旋型弹簧的小端与盖片接触,而其大端穿过大端穿过防尘帽内的导向杆后顶在防尘帽上端的内壁上,防尘帽内部导向杆既起到弹簧的导向作用,又起到排气时盖片的行程限位作用,确保排气间隙的均匀性与可靠性;防尘帽帽沿周圈的四等分处被冲压变形后将塞体上端的台阶压紧钩住,能阻止污染物堵塞塞体的轴向通气孔孔口,确保排气孔畅通。 
由于本实用新型采用上述结构,橡胶阀片对塞体端面的密封形成了常闭式透气结构,能自动调节、平衡壳体内压力的稳定性,确保了密闭效果,能有效阻止污染物进入壳体内,延长了齿轮油的工作寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例:由防尘帽1、弹簧2、盖片3、橡胶阀片4以及与壳体锥螺纹连接的塞体5组成。其技术方案是:当变速箱或驱动桥壳体内的压力升高,大于透气装置的设计压力时,高压气体顶开橡胶阀片4与盖片3上的弹簧2,橡胶阀片4与塞体5之间出现间隙,高压气体从该间隙处排出;当壳体内压力低于弹簧2的作用力时,弹簧2推动盖片3使橡胶阀片4压紧在塞体5的端面上,形成端面密封的常闭式结构,起到自动调节、平衡壳体内压力的作用,此时橡胶阀片4起到常闭状态时的密封件作用。 
防尘帽1上的弹簧导向杆既起到对弹簧2的导向作用,又起到排气时盖片3的行程限位作用,能确保排气间隙的均匀性与可靠性。在装配完塞体5、橡胶阀片4、盖片3与弹簧2后,再将防尘帽1的弹簧导向杆插入到弹簧2的内径中,最后沿防尘帽1的帽沿周圈四等分处冲压变形将塞体5的上端台阶压紧钩住,装配为一个完整的透气装置。 
本实用新型能自动调节、平衡壳体内的压力,零件加工工艺性好、装配简单、可靠有效。

1.一种新型透气装置,由防尘帽、弹簧、盖片、橡胶阀片以及塞体组成,塞体通过锥螺纹连接在变速箱或驱动桥壳体上,橡胶阀片置于塞体端面上,盖片再置于橡胶阀片上,弹簧的小端与盖片接触,大端穿过防尘帽内的导向杆后顶在防尘帽上端的内壁上,防尘帽帽沿周圈的四等分处被冲压变形后将塞体上端的台阶压紧钩住,其特征是:防尘帽内弹簧为圆锥螺旋型。
