现有技术中的电梯用剑麻芯钢丝绳多采用8股钢丝股包捻一股剑麻芯,所述外层股的每股钢丝股均呈西鲁式结构,中心为1根中心钢丝,内层为均匀包捻在中心钢丝外侧的9根细钢丝,外层为均匀包捻在内层外侧的9根粗钢丝,内层和外层之间存在较大的空隙,此种剑麻芯钢丝绳的弹性模量较低,钢丝弹性较大,容易伸长。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种高弹性模量剑麻芯钢丝绳。

一种电梯用高弹性模量剑麻芯钢丝绳,其特点是,包括剑麻芯和外层股,所述外层股均匀地包捻在剑麻芯的外侧;所述外层股包括8股钢丝股;所述外层股的每股钢丝绳均呈填充式结构,中心为1根中心钢丝,内层为均匀包捻在中心钢丝外侧的6根钢丝,外层为均匀包捻在内层外侧的12根钢丝;在所述内层钢丝和外层钢丝之间的间隙内填充有细钢丝。
进一步地,为了使钢丝获得更优异的性能,所述剑麻芯的线密度为0.85g/mm2
