本实用新型公开一种抗高温型封口水泥包装袋,包括本体、袋口,袋口的一侧为七字口结构的灌装口,其中,在袋口的内折边口边缘设置一块对折的抗高温隔热层将内折边口封闭成直角型,抗高温隔热层紧靠灌装口处,抗高温隔热层与袋口一同折叠封口,通过缝合线缝合形成构成封闭的包装袋。由于在塑编袋七字口处加盖了抗高温隔热层,水泥在灌装时抗高温隔热层包住水泥灌装口,缓解了高温对塑编袋封口的影响,使塑编袋口的拉伸负荷符合GB9774-2002的要求,保证了塑编袋的使用性能的完好,避免了灌装时炸包、防止了喷灰外泄的现象。

本实用新型涉及现有水泥包装袋封口结构的改进,尤其是公开了一种抗高温型封口水泥包装袋,属于散装物料包装制品技术领域。 
技术背景
由于现阶段水泥编织袋生产厂家局限在机械制造厂所生产机械设备的基础上,所以所生产的水泥包装袋的封口不具有抗高温保护措施,使水泥在灌装时由于灌装口温度过高造成对塑编袋七字口的影响,塑编封口拉伸负荷降低,造成水泥在灌装时喷灰外泄、炸包等现象的发生。 
另由于塑料编织袋的材质易抽丝,不利于缝合,装卸、运输过程中的水泥袋封口破损造成泄漏。使水泥生产厂家在生产及运输中破损率增高,生产成本加大,对环境造成了极大的污染。 
发明内容
本实用新型公开一种抗高温型封口水泥包装袋,有效地解决了现有水泥包装袋在灌装时水泥外泄或炸包的现象。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:包括本体、袋口,袋口的一侧为七字口结构的灌装口,其中,在袋口的内折边口边缘设置一块对折的抗高温隔热层将内折边口封闭成直角型,抗高温隔热层紧靠灌装口处,抗高温隔热层与袋口一同折叠封口,通过缝合线缝合形成构成封闭的包装袋。 
本实用新型的积极效果在于:由于在塑编袋七字口处加盖了抗高温隔热层,水泥在灌装时抗高温隔热层包住水泥灌装口,缓解了高温对塑编袋封口的影响,使塑编袋口的拉伸负荷符合GB9774-2002的要求,保证了塑 编袋的使用性能的完好,避免了灌装时炸包、防止了喷灰外泄的现象,同时外加再生包边纸、内附抗高温隔热层也解决了塑编袋封口不利于缝合,装卸、运输过程中水泥泄漏的意外发生。大大降低了水泥生产厂家的生产成本,提高了成品合格率,避免了对环境造成的污染。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,包装袋本体1由复膜塑料编织布缝制的袋状结构,其袋口4的一侧为七字口结构的灌装口3,其中,在袋口4的内折边口6边缘设置一块对折的抗高温隔热层2将内折边口6(M边)封闭成直角型,抗高温隔热层2紧靠灌装口3处,抗高温隔热层2与袋口4一同折叠封口,通过缝合线5缝合形成构成封闭的包装袋。

1.一种抗高温型封口水泥包装袋,包括本体(1)、袋口(4),袋口(4)的一侧为七字口结构的灌装口(3),其特征在于:
在袋口(4)的内折边口(6)边缘设置一块对折的抗高温隔热层(2)将内折边口(6)封闭成直角型,抗高温隔热层(2)紧靠灌装口(3)处,抗高温隔热层(2)与袋口(4)一同折叠封口,通过缝合线(5)缝合形成封闭的包装袋。
