本实用新型是一种铝合金晶粒细化杆添加装置。包括铝液溜槽和铝钛硼杆,其特征在于在铝液溜槽内设置电阻加热器,铝钛硼杆未进入铝液的一端设置电阻加热器,在铝钛硼杆添加处溜槽横断面加一块中间有锥孔的挡板。本实用新型用电阻加热器能提高铝液和铝钛硼杆温度,减小铝钛硼杆与铝液的温差,使铝钛硼杆充分熔化在铝液中。在铝钛硼杆添加处溜槽横断面加一块中间有锥孔的挡板,以提高铝液流动速度,使铝钛硼均匀分散在铝液中,可减少铝钛硼沉积。

本实用新型涉及铝加工技术领域,具体是一种铝合金晶粒细化杆添加装置。
背景技术
铝钛硼杆是铝制品晶粒细化的主要材料,用于铝液浇注时在流槽中连续不断地添加,使铝液中含有一定量的钛、硼,在结晶时有充足的晶核,形成细小的晶粒,提高铝制品的使用性能。铝钛硼添加到铝液中有一定的有效期,在铝液中静置时间长就会减弱细化效果,为保证铝钛硼细化效果,目前铝钛硼丝杆直接用输送器按一定速度连续不断的添加到流槽中。然而为了控制铝液的渣、气含量,普遍采用低温浇注,铝钛硼难以充分、快速熔解在铝液中,容易在流槽底部沉积造成失效,影响细化稳定性,甚至造成废品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对铝钛硼杆添加存在的问题,提供一种铝合金晶粒细化杆添加装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为:铝合金晶粒细化杆添加装置包括铝液溜槽和铝钛硼杆,在铝液溜槽内设置电阻加热器,铝钛硼杆未进入铝液的一端设置电阻加热器,在铝钛硼杆添加处溜槽横断面加一块中间有锥孔的挡板。
电阻加热器能提高铝液和铝钛硼杆温度,减小铝钛硼杆与铝液的温差,使铝钛硼杆充分熔化在铝液中。在铝钛硼杆添加处溜槽横断面加一块中间有锥孔的挡板,以提高铝液流动速度,使铝钛硼均匀分散在铝液中,可减少铝钛硼沉积。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型的铝合金晶粒细化杆添加装置是在铝液溜槽2内发置电阻加热器3,铝钛硼杆1未进入铝液的一端设置电阻加热器4,在铝钛硼杆添加处溜槽横断面加一块中间有锥孔的挡板5,以提高铝液流动速度,使铝钛硼均匀分散在铝液中,减少铝钛硼沉积。
工作时,在铝钛硼杆1进入铝液之前通过电阻加热器1对铝液进行加热,提高铝液温度,同时电阻加热器对铝钛硼杆加热,使铝钛硼杆更容易熔化在铝液中。使用该装置后铝产品的晶粒度全部达到一级,铝液中钛硼含量波动明显减少。
