Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种应用于油循环润滑方式的支承辊轴承箱，该轴承箱除了使用传统的骨架密封和V型环密封结构进行密封外，还在轴承箱上开有管口，在管口上接有一根软管。使用该软管可以消除轴承箱内部负压，从而避免轧制油被吸入轴承箱造成润滑油污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承箱，尤其涉及一种能够防止轧制油渗漏到其中的铝箔轧机支承辊用轴承箱。
背景技术
铝箔轧机在工作时，流量约2000L/min的轧制油喷淋在工作辊和支承辊辊面上，大量轧制油流到下支承辊轴承箱的密封部位，将支承辊轴承箱的密封部位包裹起来。对于支承辊轴承采用油循环润滑方式的轧机运转时，支承辊转速变化和轴承温度变化引起润滑油在轴承箱内的呼吸作用，造成轴承箱内出现负压，将轧制油从密封部位吸入轴承箱，经过回油管流回润滑油油箱，导致润滑油混入了低粘度的轧制油而影响了润滑性能，缩短了润滑油、轴承和密封的使用寿命，一般的密封方式为外部迷宫密封、V型环密封加上内部骨架油封密封，难以达到理想的密封效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够防止轧制油渗漏到其中的铝箔轧机下支承辊用轴承箱。
上述目的是通过下述方案实现的：
一种铝箔轧机支承辊用轴承箱，所述轴承箱采用骨架密封和V型环密封结构进行密封，其特征在于，在所述轴承箱上开有管口，在所述管口上接有一根软管。
根据上述轴承箱，其特征在于，所述管口开在所述轴承箱端盖上部顺着支承辊旋转方向与垂直中心线偏移10°，且轴承滚动体内辐圆外圈以外的位置。
该轴承箱的结构简单、投资少，安全可靠。并且可以避免频繁更换轴承润滑油，延长支承辊轴承和密封的使用寿命，节约维修费用。

具体实施方式
参见附图，铝箔轧机支承辊用轴承箱除了使用传统的骨架密封和V型环密封结构进行密封（附图中未示出）外，还在轴承箱5上开有管口1，在管口1上接有一根软管2。管口开在所述轴承箱端盖上部顺着支承辊旋转方向与垂直中心线偏移10°，且在轴承滚动体内辐圆外圈以外的位置。所使用的软管为耐油软管，耐油软管2从管口1接到轧机外部，并且耐油软管2的吸气口垂直向下，防止轧制油从呼吸管吸入，耐油软管2内径8~10mm，软管吸气口4高度比轴承箱的润滑油进油口3高1000mm，避免润滑油从轴承箱5内冒出。
使用过程中，软管可以消除轴承箱5内部负压，从而避免轧制油被吸入轴承箱5造成润滑油污染。

1.一种铝箔轧机支承辊用轴承箱，所述轴承箱采用骨架密封和V型环密封结构进行密封，其特征在于，在所述轴承箱上开有管口，在所述管口上接有一根软管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承箱，其特征在于，所述管口开在所述轴承箱端盖上部顺着支承辊旋转方向与垂直中心线偏移10°，且轴承滚动体内辐圆外圈以外的位置。
