本实用新型涉及发声装置工装设备领域，具体指一种涂布机多通道夹具，包括与涂布机连接的夹具连接板，夹具连接板上设有固定板，所述固定板的一端连接胶管固定板，相对的另一端连接汽缸固定板，所述夹具连接板上还设有针头夹具。这样就不需要进行工装更换，而其它工序通过本实用新型涂布机多通道夹具都可在同一台涂布机上实现连续运行，真正意义上达到自动化，利于提高工序的效率。

本实用新型涉及发声装置工装设备领域，具体指一种涂布机多通道夹具。
【背景技术】
通常在一些微型精密产品的制造过程中利用涂布机进行零部件的安装，在所述涂布机上加装一些功能设备工作。在微型精密产品的制造过程中，要利用到吸附装置吸附起微小的零部件安放在适当的位置，可利于吸附笔完成，同时还需要进行其他工序，但一体化工装本身有一定的体积，当夹具上连接的装置如吸笔头与针管之间的间距小于工装宽度时，夹具就会与工装发生干涉，导致无法实现连续运行，从而导致必须把工装从一台涂布机搬运到另一台涂布机上，浪费大量的人力，在一体化工装上很难实现自动化。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有发声装置工序中工装夹具难以实现自动化的不足，而提供一种涂布机多通道夹具。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种涂布机多通道夹具，包括与涂布机连接的夹具连接板，夹具连接板上设有固定板，所述固定板的一端连接胶管固定板，相对的另一端连接汽缸固定板，所述夹具连接板上还设有针头夹具。
优选的，所述夹具连接板上还设有吸笔头固定板。
所述夹具连接板上设有滑槽，固定板能沿着滑槽滑动。
所述夹具连接板上设有防止固定板脱落的凸起限位块。
所述胶管固定板和汽缸固定板分别设有固定胶管和汽缸的固定孔。
本实用新型涂布机多通道夹具，包括与涂布机连接的夹具连接板，夹具连接板上设有固定板，所述固定板的一端连接胶管固定板，相对的另一端连接汽缸固定板，所述夹具连接板上还设有针头夹具。这样就不需要进行工装更换，而其它工序通过本实用新型涂布机多通道夹具都可在同一台涂布机上实现连续运行，真正意义上达到自动化，利于提高工序的效率。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型作详细说明。
参图1所示，为本实用新型涂布机多通道夹具，包括与涂布机连接的夹具连接板10，夹具连接板10的一面上设有固定板20，所述夹具连接板10上设有滑槽11，固定板20能沿着滑槽11滑动。另外所述夹具连接板10上设有防止固定板20脱落的凸起限位块24，所述凸起限位块24也可防止固定板20在汽缸的推动下位移的不恰当。所述固定板20的一端连接胶管固定板21，相对的另一端连接汽缸固定板22，所述夹具连接板10上还设有针头夹具40。所述胶管固定板21和汽缸固定板22分别设有固定胶管和汽缸的固定孔23。这样胶管就可插入孔中进行定位；所述针头夹具40上也设有限制针头41的定位孔(未标号)，所述定位孔与固定胶管的孔相对应，以便于连接针头41；所述夹具连接板10上还设有吸笔头固定板30，吸笔头固定板30上开设有固定吸笔头汽缸用的安装孔31。
本涂布机多通道夹具在使用时通过安装的汽缸提供驱动力，使各个固定板相互配合，相互不发生干涉，可在同一台涂布机上实现连续运行，真正意义上达到自动化，利于提高工序的效率。

1.一种涂布机多通道夹具，包括与涂布机连接的夹具连接板，其特征在于：夹具连接板上设有固定板，所述固定板的一端连接胶管固定板，相对的另一端连接汽缸固定板，所述夹具连接板上还设有针头夹具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布机多通道夹具，其特征在于：所述夹具连接板上还设有吸笔头固定板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布机多通道夹具，其特征在于：所述夹具连接板上设有滑槽，固定板能沿着滑槽滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布机多通道夹具，其特征在于：所述夹具连接板上设有防止固定板脱落的凸起限位块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布机多通道夹具，其特征在于：所述胶管固定板和汽缸固定板分别设有固定胶管和汽缸的固定孔。
