Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电缆绕线装置,其特征在于:电缆盘支架设有一组电缆盘,电缆盘与电缆盘支架为可转动连接。使用时,在电缆盘的旋转中心安装一只滚动轴承,在此轴承中装一个旋转轴,旋转轴固定在电缆盘支架上,支撑电缆盘并使之能轻松的转动。在电缆盘支架上设有该支架旋转的铰链孔,将铰链轴穿在铰链孔中,使之能转动,铰链轴有螺孔可将整个电缆盘装置固定在液压调整机箱体内,工作时只要将电缆盘转出来就能很方便的使用。

本实用新型涉及船舶建造的技术领域,具体地说是一种船舶建造等行业顶升作业的三维液压调整机中的电缆绕线装置。
背景技术:
目前,液压调整机一般应用于船舶分段搭载及其它行业需要顶升的作业,其工作主要在船坞及船台等露天工作场所,所以对供电电缆的要求比较高,现常规的电缆盘通常是放在液压调整机箱体的外面,经日晒雨淋降低了电缆的使用寿命,也造成液压调整机供电的不安全和不稳定。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的电缆绕线装置,它可克服现有技术中电缆盘的使用寿命较低,继而造成液压调整机供电的不安全和不稳定的一些不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电缆绕线装置,它主要包括电缆盘支架,其特征在于:电缆盘支架设有一组电缆盘,电缆盘与电缆盘支架为可转动连接。
使用时,在电缆盘的旋转中心安装一只滚动轴承,在此轴承中装一个旋转轴,旋转轴固定在电缆盘支架上,支撑电缆盘并使之能轻松的转动。在电缆盘支架上设有该支架旋转的铰链孔,将铰链轴穿在铰链孔中,使之能转动,铰链轴有螺孔可将整个电缆盘装置固定在液压调整机箱体内,工作时只要将电缆盘转出来就能很方便的使用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实用新型主要包括电缆盘支架3,其与现有技术的区别在于:电缆盘支架设有一组电缆盘1,电缆盘与电缆盘支架为可转动连接。电缆盘支架上设有一组与电缆盘数量相对应的旋转轴,每个旋转轴上套设有一滚动轴承,每个滚动轴承与一电缆盘对应连接,滚动轴承设置在电缆盘的轴心处。电缆盘支架3的一侧设有铰链孔,铰链孔内设有铰链轴,铰链轴4与铰链孔为可转动连接。电缆盘上设有一转动手柄2。
在实施中,本实用新型主要有电缆盘1,转动手柄2,电缆盘支架3,铰链轴4组成。电缆盘1的旋转孔上安装了一只滚动轴承,轴承中装一个旋转轴,该旋转轴固定在电缆盘支架3上,本液压调整机共需两只电缆盘1。两电缆盘1由电缆盘支架3支撑并能由转动手柄2轻松转动。在电缆盘支架3上设有该支架旋转的铰链孔,将铰链轴4穿在铰链孔上,使整个电缆盘能绕此铰链旋转。铰链轴4上有螺孔与液压调整机箱体内壁连接,使整个电缆盘装置固定在液压调整机箱体内,工作时只要将电缆盘装置绕铰链轴4转出液压调整机箱体就可以摇动转。

1.一种电缆绕线装置,它主要包括电缆盘支架,其特征在于:电缆盘支架设有一组电缆盘,电缆盘与电缆盘支架为可转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆绕线装置,其特征在于:电缆盘支架上设有一组与电缆盘数量相对应的旋转轴,每个旋转轴上套设有一滚动轴承,每个滚动轴承与一电缆盘对应连接,滚动轴承设置在电缆盘的轴心处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆绕线装置,其特征在于:电缆盘支架的一侧设有铰链孔,铰链孔内设有铰链轴,铰链轴与铰链孔为可转动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆绕线装置,其特征在于:电缆盘上设有一转动手柄。
