Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种车辆充电装置,包括充电枪和充电柜,所述充电柜侧面设置有挂枪孔,挂枪孔内固定有与充电枪头部相匹配的挂枪座,所述挂枪座上设置有一挂钩,所述充电枪上具有与挂钩插接配合的孔,根据本实用新型提供的车辆充电装置,可以美观充电柜,并且能够保护充电枪。

本实用新型涉及一种车辆充电装置。
背景技术
随着节能、低碳化物排放的要求,国内外汽车厂商逐步推出新能源汽车,其中电动汽车引领潮流,为适应电动汽车大电流充电需求,许多厂商推出各种充电设施,此类设施都采用充电枪车载充电,各种充电枪与充电设施的配合方式目前大多采用外置支架固定或插拔式枪座固定,采用外置支架固定,就必须在充电柜侧面另置一支架,不仅增加了成本,而且不美观;采用插拔式枪座固定,虽然解决了上述问题,但缺乏对充电枪及枪座的保护,并且长期的插拔会影响充电枪的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中充电枪与充电柜的固定问题,提供一种车辆充电装置,该充电枪与充电柜采用插接配合的固定方式。
本实用新型的上述技术问题通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种车辆充电装置,包括充电枪和充电柜,所述充电枪侧面设置有挂枪孔,挂枪孔内固定有与充电枪头部相匹配的挂枪座,所述挂枪座上设置有一挂钩,所述充电枪上具有与挂钩插接配合的孔。
进一步地,所述充电柜侧面位于挂枪座内侧位置设置有充电柜支架,所述支架包括上支架和下支架。
进一步地,所述挂枪座上部通过螺栓固定在上支架上,挂枪座下部通过螺栓固定在下支架上。
进一步地,所述挂枪座包括基座和套住充电枪的孔,所述基座为由充电柜外侧向内侧倾斜的斜面,所述孔设置有与充电枪头部配合的曲面,所述挂钩位于曲面底部的中间位置。
进一步地,所述挂钩为楔形凸块。
进一步地,所述挂枪孔表面安装有罩住所述挂枪孔的装饰板。
进一步地,所述装饰板与挂枪座通过卡扣固定。
根据本实用新型的车辆充电装置,充电枪与挂枪座通过插接配合,使充电枪整体挂在充电柜内,避免了采用插拔式枪座固定对充电枪造成的插拔寿命影响,另外避免了采用外置支架式固定对充电枪造成的缺乏防护;装饰板的设计,可以美观充电柜。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1所示,一种车辆充电装置,包括充电枪1和充电柜2,在充电柜2的侧面偏上位置设置有挂枪孔3,所述挂枪孔3内设置有挂枪座4。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,所述挂枪座4包括基座9和套住充电枪1的孔10,所述基座9为由充电柜2外侧向内侧倾斜的斜面,所述孔10设置有与充电枪1头部配合的曲面,所述挂枪座4设置有一挂钩5,所述挂钩5为楔形凸块,位于曲面底部的中间位置。当充电枪1挂上后,所述挂钩5与充电枪上的孔6插接配合,这样充电枪1牢固地固定在充电柜2内。
如图3所示,在本实施例中,所述充电柜2侧面位于挂枪座4内侧设置有充电柜支架,所述充电柜支架包括上支架7和下支架8,在上支架7和下支架8上分别设置有螺栓孔12、13,挂枪座4通过螺栓连接方式固定在充电柜支架上,所述挂枪座4上部采用螺栓固定在上支架7上,挂枪座4下部采用螺栓固定在下支架8上。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,挂枪孔3表面具有装饰板11,所述装饰板11整体罩住挂枪孔3,保证充电柜2内部与外界隔开;挂枪座4设置有卡扣14和塑料卡扣15,所述装饰板11通过卡扣14和塑料卡扣15固定在挂枪座4上。
在图3和图4所示的实施例中,分别采用了螺栓连接和卡扣连接,当然,也可以采用其他合适的连接方式。
在图2所示的实施例中,可以在充电枪1上设计有手位空间,当充电枪挂上后,手位空间位于充电枪1正对充电柜2的一侧,保证使用者通过手位空间,可以轻松方便地将充电枪1从充电柜2中拿出。

1.一种车辆充电装置,包括充电枪(1)和充电柜(2),其特征在于,所述充电枪侧面设置有挂枪孔(3),挂枪孔(3)内固定有与充电枪(1)头部相匹配的挂枪座(4),所述挂枪座(4)上设置有一挂钩(5),所述充电枪(1)上具有与挂钩(5)插接配合的孔(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电柜(2)侧面位于挂枪座内侧设置有充电柜支架,所述支架包括上支架(7)和下支架(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂枪座(4)上部通过螺栓固定在上支架(7)上,挂枪座(4)下部通过螺栓固定在下支架(8)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂枪座(4)包括基座(9)和套住充电枪的孔(10),所述基座(9)为由充电柜(2)外侧向内侧倾斜的斜面,所述孔(10)设置有与充电枪(1)头部配合的曲面,所述挂钩(5)位于曲面底部的中间位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂钩(5)为楔形凸块。
6.如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂枪孔(3)表面安装有罩住所述挂枪孔(3)的装饰板(11)。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆充电装置,其特征在于,所述装饰板(11)与挂枪座(4)通过卡扣固定。
