本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳结构，具体为一种六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，包括钢芯和捻制在钢芯上的六根外层股，在钢芯和两根相邻的外层股之间嵌有一根绳股。本实用新型通过对外层股进行压实加工，使其外表面变得平整圆滑，提高了钢丝绳与滑轮、卷筒、托轮的接触面积，减少了应力集中，减少了钢丝绳提前断丝导致报废的几率；在钢芯和外层两相邻股间嵌入含油高分子聚合物绳股，有效地解决了钢丝绳内部存油不足和股、芯间的刚性接触问题，使得本实用新型钢丝绳的使用寿命比原来使用的钢丝绳提高80％以上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳结构，具体为一种六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳。 
背景技术
集装箱用钢丝绳近年来随着经济发展和港口吞吐量剧增而导致供需矛盾加剧，在此以前，此类钢丝绳因使用寿命要求高，国内鲜有产品能够满足要求，因而长期需要依靠进口，随着国内加工技术的进步和港口生产降低成本力度加大，国内生产钢丝绳技术力量强的单位也在积极开发适销对路的产品进入市场。其典型结构有：6×WS(36)+IWRC，6×Fi(29)+IWRC，8×Fi(25)+IWRC，8×WS(26)+IWRC等，其中进口钢丝绳多数绳芯涂有塑料衬垫层，它对绳芯起到了一定的保护作用，这种钢丝绳通常称为衬垫钢丝绳。这种钢丝绳虽然使用寿命可以达到普通钢丝绳的1.5～2倍，但是，其售价却高出普通钢丝绳3～5倍，性价比的优势并不明显；另外，就是外层股发生断丝后，由于内层塑料层的包裹而不能外露，当内部发生集中断丝时，因为没有及时发现而造成整绳突然断裂，从而酿成设备及人身事故。正因为如此此类钢丝绳的市场占有率仅为5％左右。 
港口集装箱卸船机用钢丝绳的使用寿命偏短，达不到客户要求12万TEU的要求，当前使用的钢丝绳存在以下三个缺点：1.与滑轮、卷筒、托辊接触处钢丝绳表面钢丝产生应力集中，导致钢丝绳产生早期断丝，从而使得钢丝绳提前报废；2.由于钢丝绳的绳芯为钢芯，钢丝绳的内部存油量不足；3.外层股与钢芯间为刚性接触，在承载过程中，产生应力集中和加剧内部磨损，缩短了钢丝绳的寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有钢丝绳的缺陷，提供一种制造成本低，使用寿命长，性价比更为优良的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，包括钢芯和捻制在钢芯上的六根外层股，其特点是，在钢芯和两根相邻的外层股之间嵌有一根绳股。 
进一步，如上所述的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，其中，所述的钢芯包括7根钢丝芯股，每根钢丝芯股由7根钢丝组成。 
进一步，如上所述的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，其中，所述的每根外层股的横截面为圆形。 
本实用新型的有益效果如下：本实用新型通过对钢丝绳的外层股进行压实加工，使其外表面变得平整圆滑，提高了钢丝绳与滑轮、卷筒、托轮的接触面积，减少了应力集中，减少了钢丝绳提前断丝导致报废的几率；在钢芯和外层两相邻股间嵌入含油高分子聚合物绳股(如聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯腈等)，有效地解决了钢丝绳内部存油不足和股、芯间的刚性接触问题，使得本实用新型钢丝绳的使用寿命比原来使用的钢丝绳提高80％以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。 
如图1所示，本实用新型所提供的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳包括钢芯1和捻制在钢芯1上的六根外层股2，每根外层股2经过单独压实，外层股的横截面为圆形，在钢芯和两根相邻的外层股之间嵌入一根含油高分子聚合物绳股3，含油高分子聚合物可选用如聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯腈等。钢芯为7×7钢芯，即包括7根钢丝芯股，每根钢丝芯股由7根钢丝组成。 
在对本实用新型所提供的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳进行加工时，合绳机在机头部位进行了改装，加装了6个供线架，在加工钢丝绳产品时，先将卷曲好的含油高分子聚合物绳股装在6个工字轮上，再将6个外层股从机器中依次引出，穿过形付器后，调整形付器至合适的位置，使得外层股的形付率达到86％～89％；将钢芯引出，并将特制分线盘穿过钢芯，然后依次将含油高分子聚合物绳股穿特制分线盘的6等分小孔，引入合拢口，使之均匀嵌入钢芯与外层股的缝隙之中。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其突出优点是：加工工艺简便，投资少，见效快，尤其是加工成本和销售价格均很低廉，进入市场后，客户比较容易接受。

1.一种六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，包括钢芯和捻制在钢芯上的六根外层股，其特征在于：在钢芯和两根相邻的外层股之间嵌有一根绳股。
2.如权利要求1所述的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，其特征在于：所述的钢芯包括7根钢丝芯股，每根钢丝芯股由7根钢丝组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的六股填充纤维芯钢丝绳，其特征在于：所述的每根外层股的横截面为圆形。
