Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳结构,具体为一种单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,由四根经单独压实的外层股和一根绳芯经捻制锻打而成,每根外层股的捻距为股直径的6.6~7.0倍,整体钢丝绳的捻距为绳直径的8.6~9.0倍。本实用新型外表面平整圆滑,提高了钢丝绳与滑轮、卷筒、托轮的接触面积,减少了应力集中,确保了钢丝绳的使用寿命;绳芯采用含油聚合物高分子材料,确保钢丝绳的内部润滑;其制造成本相对减少,采用合理的参数设计,确保钢丝绳的抗旋转性与35W×7面接触钢丝绳相当。

单层四股不旋转钢丝绳 
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳结构,具体为一种单层四股不旋转钢丝绳。 
背景技术
在重型移动式履带起重机上使用的钢丝绳,一般为35W×7面接触钢丝绳。其捻制方法是:中心股为1×7普通股,第一层为6根1×7面接触股,第二层为6根大的和6根小的1×7面接触股相间交替分布,此18根股为一次捻成作为绳芯;第三层为16根1×7面接触股,包裹在绳芯的外面,且与绳芯的捻向相反。这样,钢丝绳在运转中,绳芯和外层股产生的扭矩相互抵消,从而达到抗旋转的目的。这种钢丝绳具有抗旋转和良好的柔韧性等特性,其强度一般在1960Mpa以上。它的使用要求非常苛刻,一年内钢丝绳不得有断丝、扭结、缩径、磨损超标等非正常损坏。 
35W×7面接触钢丝绳主要存在以下四个缺点:1.价格太高,平均价格在4万元/吨以上;2.由于钢丝绳全部为钢丝,钢丝绳的内部存油量不足;3.使用寿命长短不一,寿命短的不足半年,与供应商协商赔偿往往难以达成一致;4.钢丝绳结构不稳定,在多层缠绕中容易难绳、散股和绳芯挤出等早期损坏。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对35W×7面接触钢丝绳的缺陷,提供一种可以替代35W×7面接触钢丝绳,且性能更加优良的单层四股不旋转钢丝绳。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,由四根经单独 压实的外层股和一根绳芯组成,每根外层股的捻距为股直径的6.6~7.0倍,整体钢丝绳的捻距为绳直径的8.6~9.0倍。 
进一步,如上所述的单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,其中,每根外层股在单独压实时的压缩率为6%~12%。 
本实用新型的有益效果如下:本实用新型所提供的单层四股不旋转钢丝绳外表面平整圆滑,提高了钢丝绳与滑轮、卷筒、托轮的接触面积,减少了应力集中,减少了钢丝绳提前断丝导致报废的几率,确保了钢丝绳的使用寿命;绳芯采用含油聚合物高分子材料(如尼龙-66、尼龙-6、聚丙烯等),确保钢丝绳的内部润滑;钢丝绳的制造成本相对于35W×7面接触钢丝绳明显减少,从而降低了销售价格;采用合理的参数设计,确保钢丝绳的抗旋转性与35W×7面接触钢丝绳相当。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。 
不旋转钢丝绳是指钢丝绳在竖直悬吊重物工作状态时,不会产生围绕自身轴线旋转的一种性能。钢丝绳的不旋转性能对使用来说,有着极为重要的意义。在新建矿井时凿井、各种起重机提升重物等等使用场合下,都要求钢丝绳不旋转,才能正常工作。如果钢丝绳旋转,会影响工作效率以及财产生命安全,此外对钢丝绳本身来说,由于旋转,会不断地降低疲劳性能,而影响钢丝绳的使 用寿命。对于单层股钢丝绳来说,应该缩小股的捻距,而且增大绳的捻距,并尽量减少股数,将股制成异形股,以便增大股的力矩之和来抵消绳的力矩,从而满足不旋转的要求。 
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型所提供的单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,由四根经单独压实的外层股1和一根含油聚合物高分子材料的绳芯2经捻制锻打而成,聚合物高分子材料可选用如尼龙-66、尼龙-6、聚丙烯等。每根外层股的捻距为股直径的6.6~7.0倍,如6.6倍、6.8倍、7.0倍;整体钢丝绳的捻距为绳直径的8.6~9.0倍,如8.6倍、8.8倍、9.0倍。捻距是钢丝绳的一项极其重要的捻制工艺参数。对钢丝绳的结构性能和产量等方面有着重大影响,也是捻制设备的一项主要技术参数。捻距的定义如下:在捻股或合绳时,钢丝围绕股芯或绳股围绕绳芯旋转一周(360°)的起止点间的直线距离。 
上述单层四股不旋转钢丝绳的四根外层股1是经过单独压实的异形股,采用WS(36)结构绳股进行压实加工,每根外层股在单独压实时的压缩率为6%~12%。捻制成的钢丝绳再经过锻打二次压实,锻打时的压缩率为15%~25%,使之具有良好的耐磨性并增加与之接触机件的接触面积。同时利用四股绳固有的抗旋转特性,减小股的捻距(6.6~7.0倍股直径),加大绳的捻距(8.6~9.0倍绳直径),使之达到抗旋转的目的。

1.一种单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,其特征在于:由四根经单独压实的外层股和一根绳芯组成,每根外层股的捻距为股直径的6.6~7.0倍,整体钢丝绳的捻距为绳直径的8.6~9.0倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的单层四股不旋转钢丝绳,其特征在于:每根外层股在单独压实时的压缩率为6%~12%。
