本发明公开了一种复合型加强型绳缆,它包括中心柱(1),在中心柱(1)的周围分布有若干加强筋(2),加强筋(2)呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋(2)外绕有钢丝股(3),钢丝股(3)为S向捻制而成,在钢丝股(3)外绕有铜丝股(5),铜丝股(5)为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股(5)外套有硅胶套(4)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型加强型绳缆。
背景技术
目前在一些特殊行业如船舶和海洋工程重点项目需要特种绳缆,,柔软耐磨,伸长率低,操作便捷的新型绳缆,现有技术中的绳缆不能完全具备上述性能,不能满足技术要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种复合型加强型绳缆,它不但可以增强绳缆的强度和柔软度,而且具有很强的耐磨性。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种复合型加强型绳缆,它包括中心柱,在中心柱的周围分布有若干加强筋,加强筋呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋外绕有钢丝股,钢丝股为S向捻制而成,在钢丝股外绕有铜丝股,铜丝股为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股外套有硅胶套。
所述的中心柱设置为PVC圆辊柱。所述的加强筋设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。所述钢丝股沿着中心柱的轴向呈S向捻制而成,铜丝股沿着中心柱的轴向呈Z向捻制而成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以下技术方案后,本发明通过在复合绳缆的中心柱,在中心柱的周围分布有若干加强筋,这样增强了复合绳缆的抗拉强度,同时,复合绳缆在拉伸过程中会向中部收缩,长期的拉伸容易影响绳缆的弹性,通过在绳缆中部设置中心柱,使得复合绳缆在挤压变形后复位更加容易,从而延长了绳缆的使用寿命,且PVC材料的弹性优于绳缆,这就提高了复合绳缆的伸长率。在绳股外套有硅胶套,这样可以增加耐磨性。

在图1中,本发明提供了一种复合型加强型绳缆,它包括中心柱1,在中心柱1的周围分布有若干加强筋2,本实施例的中心柱1的周围分布有两个加强筋2,加强筋2呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋2外绕有钢丝股3,钢丝股3为S向捻制而成,在钢丝股3外绕有铜丝股5,铜丝股5为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股5外套有硅胶套4,所述的中心柱1设置为PVC圆辊柱,所述的加强筋2设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条,所述钢丝股3沿着中心柱1的轴向呈S向捻制而成,铜丝股5沿着中心柱1的轴向呈Z向捻制而成。

1.一种复合型加强型绳缆,其特征是它包括中心柱(1),在中心柱(1)的周围分布有若干加强筋(2),加强筋(2)呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋(2)外绕有钢丝股(3),钢丝股(3)为S向捻制而成,在钢丝股(3)外绕有铜丝股(5),铜丝股(5)为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股(5)外套有硅胶套(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型加强型绳缆,其特征是所述的中心柱(1)设置为PVC圆辊柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型加强型绳缆,其特征是所述的加强筋(2)设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型加强型绳缆,其特征是所述钢丝股(3)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈S向捻制而成,铜丝股(5)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈Z向捻制而成。
