目前榨菜土豆切丝。一是榨菜土豆切丝都是将榨菜土豆通过皮带输送至切片刀上切片，切片再滚丝，切片刀与滚丝刀之间通过齿轮传动构成联动装置，加工时经常发生安全事故，不卫生；二是榨菜、土豆切丝多为手工切制而成，效率低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简单，切丝过程更安全、卫生的榨菜、土豆切丝机。

本实用新型蜂窝滚筒式榨菜土豆切丝机，包括投料口1，导料板2，挡板3、4，切丝刀5，圆柱型滚筒6，刮板7，箱体8，电机9，出丝口10，切丝刀5均布在滚筒上，且交错排列，刮板7向旋转方向倾斜设置。
本实用新型可实现榨菜土豆切丝机械化、自动化，减轻劳动强度，提高生产效率，使切片切丝过程更安全、更卫生。
