Abstract
本发明公开了环保领域的一种新型螺旋齿板式挤压破碎装置。其主要结构包括:进料筒体、旋转轴、带齿刀筒体、出料筒体、电机、叶片、螺旋锯齿板式刀具等,本发明采用挤压破碎方式,创新地在带齿刀筒体上安装了螺旋锯齿板式刀具,较好地解决了剪切式破碎机处理后物料含水率高,堵料、堆料,以及能耗较大、拆卸维修困难等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环境保护及资源回收再利用领域的破碎装置,尤其是应用在对菜市场果蔬垃圾的破碎。
背景技术
菜市场果蔬垃圾,主要是指水果蔬菜及其食品在市场流通过程中产生的废弃物。由于果蔬垃圾主要成份是易发酵腐烂的菜叶、根茎、水果等,使得其具有高含水率(高达90%),高挥发性,高生物降解性等特点,如果不及时处理,容易变质发臭,造成严重的环境污染。因此,及时处理果蔬垃圾显得尤为重要。
对于果蔬垃圾的处理一般流程是:先采用破碎机将果蔬垃圾切碎或者破碎,再通过压榨脱水机将果蔬垃圾中含的大量水分压榨出来,最后再将脱水处理后的干料进行转运或回收,从而达到果蔬垃圾减量化的目的。
目前市场上,在对果蔬垃圾脱水前,一般都采用剪切式破碎机将果蔬垃圾切碎或者剪断。这种剪切式破碎机只是对果蔬垃圾进行简单的剪切动作,将其碎成小尺寸的物料,再进一步处理。
这种剪切式破碎机虽然在对果蔬垃圾切碎或剪断过程中起到一定的效果,但是也存在许多不足:
1.剪切式破碎机只对果蔬垃圾进行简单地剪切动作,并不能破坏其中较大的纤维组织和细胞,导致果蔬垃圾中的大量水分仍残留其中,处理后的物料含水率较高,增加了后续进一步处理所需的能耗。
2.剪切式破碎机一般采用双轴式,结构复杂,占地面积更大,所需能耗更多,维修和保养困难且耗时。
3.剪切式破碎机遇到较大、较多的果蔬垃圾时,容易发生堵料、堆料等现象,不利于连续生产。
发明内容
为了解决剪切式破碎机存在的不足,本发明提供了一种新的技术方案。本方案采用挤压破碎方式,创新地在螺旋轴(2)上安装了叶片(6)和在带齿刀筒体(3)上安装了螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7),较好地解决了剪切式破碎机处理后物料含水率高,堵料、堆料,以及能耗较大、拆卸维修困难等问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种螺旋齿板式挤压破碎装置,主要结构包括:进料筒体(1)、螺旋轴(2)、带齿刀筒体(3)、出料筒体(4)、电机(5)、叶片(6)、螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)等,本装置在螺旋轴(2)上安装了叶片(6),同时在带齿刀筒体(3)内部表面上安装了螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)。进料筒体(1)、带齿刀筒体(3)和出料筒体(4)之间通过螺栓连接。
本装置工作原理是:当电机(5)带动螺旋轴(2)旋转时,螺旋轴(2)上的叶片(6)与带齿刀筒体(3)内表面上的螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)发生挤压、剪切、撕扯和破碎等动作,把果蔬垃圾中体积较大的纤维组织和细胞挤破、剪断,使得较大的纤维组织变成较小的纤维组织,较大的细胞破裂,将其中含的大量水分挤压出来,同时也将物料破碎成较小的尺寸,这样处理后的物料含水率较低,进一步处理时所需要的能耗和时间将会显著减小,而且不易发生堵料、堆料等现象,对连续生产有可观的效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,工作时,果蔬垃圾从进料筒体(1)的进料口进入本装置,电机(5)带动螺旋轴(2)旋转,把果蔬垃圾输送到带齿刀筒体(3)中,在带齿刀筒体(3)中,螺旋轴上安装的叶片(6)和带齿刀筒体(3)内表面上安装的螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)对果蔬垃圾发生挤压、剪切和撕扯等动作,把果蔬垃圾中体积较大的纤维组织和细胞挤破、剪断,使得较大的纤维组织变成较小的纤维组织,较大的细胞破裂,将其中含的大量水分挤压出来,同时也将物料破碎成较小的尺寸,再通过出料筒体(4)的出料口将破碎后的果蔬垃圾排入下方的设备中,做进一步处理,完成整个生产过程。
Claims (3)
1.一种新型螺旋齿板式挤压破碎装置,其特征在于:其主要结构包括:进料筒体(1)、螺旋轴(2)、带齿刀筒体(3)、出料筒体(4)、电机(5)、叶片(6)、螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)等;本装置在螺旋轴(2)上安装了叶片(6),同时在带齿刀筒体(3)内部表面上安装了螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7);进料筒体(1)、带齿刀筒体(3)和出料筒体(4)之间通过螺栓连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型螺旋齿板式挤压破碎装置,当电机(5)带动螺旋轴(2)旋转时,螺旋轴(2)上的叶片(6)与带齿刀筒体(3)内表面上的螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7)对果蔬垃圾发生挤压、剪切、撕扯和破碎等动作,使得较大的纤维组织变成较小的纤维组织,较大的细胞破裂,将其中含的大量水分挤压出来,同时也将物料破碎成较小的尺寸,利于后续连续生产。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种新型螺旋齿板式挤压破碎装置,本装置创新地在带齿刀筒体(3)内部安装了螺旋锯齿板式刀具(7),它与螺旋轴(2)上的叶片(6)之间的发生相互挤压、剪切、撕扯和破碎作用,相比于市场上常用的剪切式破碎机,结构更简单,效果更好,能耗更低,使用更方便。
