本实用新型涉及一种用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆。
背景技术
在配网10kV带电安装穿刺线夹过程中，有很多带电作业因为带电作业绝缘斗臂车不能到位，无法直接在此工作点进行穿刺线夹的带电安装工作，只能对线路的整个耐张段进行拆和搭作业，但是在拆和搭作业前必须撤出该耐张段的所有负荷，这样不但增加了许多停电用户，增加了工作量，延长了工作时间，且降低了供电可靠率。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，它不但便于安装，减少工作量，节约了工作时间，且提高了供电的可靠率。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，它包括摇杆、传动轴I、传动装置和卡钳，摇杆的一端连接有把手，另一端与传动装置为传动连接，传动装置通过传动轴I与卡钳为传动连接，把手带动摇杆转动，摇杆依次通过传动装置和传动轴I带动卡钳左右移动。
所述的摇杆外设有绝缘套，在绝缘套内设有轴承，摇杆由轴承支承。所述的传动装置包括主动齿轮和联动齿轮，主动齿轮与摇杆连接，主动齿轮与联动齿轮相啮合，联动齿轮与传动轴I连接。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：当带电作业绝缘斗臂车不能到位时，通过本套新型的安装工具就可以直接在此进行带电工作。从而无需对线路的整个耐张段进行拆、搭，无需撤出该耐张段的所有负荷，这样就减少了许多停电用户，精简了工作量，减少了工作时间，提高了供电可靠率。本实用新型的绝缘固定杆把穿刺线夹靠近主导线，使穿刺线夹上的主线端夹住主导线。

在图1中，本实用新型为一种用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，它包括摇杆1、传动轴I 2、传动装置和卡钳3，摇杆1的一端连接有把手4，另一端与传动装置为传动连接，传动装置通过传动轴I 2与卡钳3为传动连接，把手4带动摇杆1转动，摇杆1依次通过传动装置和传动轴I 2带动卡钳左右移动，在摇杆1外设有绝缘套5，在绝缘套5内设有轴承6，摇杆1由轴承6支承，传动装置包括主动齿轮7和联动齿轮8，主动齿轮7与摇杆1连接，主动齿轮7与联动齿轮8相啮合，联动齿轮8与传动轴I 2连接。

1.一种用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，其特征是它包括摇杆(1)、传动轴I(2)、传动装置和卡钳(3)，摇杆(1)的一端连接有把手(4)，另一端与传动装置为传动连接，传动装置通过传动轴I(2)与卡钳(3)为传动连接，把手(4)带动摇杆(1)转动，摇杆(1)依次通过传动装置和传动轴I(2)带动卡钳左右移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，其特征是所述的摇杆(1)外设有绝缘套(5)，在绝缘套(5)内设有轴承(6)，摇杆(1)由轴承(6)支承。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于地电位安装穿刺线夹的绝缘固定杆，其特征是所述的传动装置包括主动齿轮(7)和联动齿轮(8)，主动齿轮(7)与摇杆(1)连接，主动齿轮(7)与联动齿轮(8)相啮合，联动齿轮(8)与传动轴I(2)连接。
