技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯技术领域,具体地说它是一种可多重散热的大功率LED灯。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型照明光源以其节能、环保、发光效率高、寿命长等突出特点正越来越广泛地应用在各种场合。采用大功率LED光源应用在灯泡中并代替传统的白炽灯和荧光灯则成为一种发展趋势和研究方向。但大功率LED的发热量较大,如果不能及时将热量散发出去,则会使LED由于高温而受到伤害,严重影响其使用寿命。
以前的LED灯有在灯壳四周设置自下向上延伸的散热片,从而增大其散热面积,但这种散热片是单独生产后再安装到金属灯壳上去的,因此散热效果仍旧不佳;也有LED灯泡采用散热翅片散热,散热面积不大,散热效果不佳,而且由于散热片之间的空隙呈平行排布,则散热片之间的空隙中空气流通不顺畅,也使得散热效果不好,而且上述的LED灯采取的散热方式较为单一,不能满足现有生产对大功率LED灯性能越来越高的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种采取多重散热结构、散热效果佳的可多重散热的大功率LED灯。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术手段来实现的:一种可多重散热的大功率LED灯,包括灯头、绝缘固定座、驱动电路板、LED芯片,散热灯壳、保护罩,所述的绝缘固定座与灯头相固定连接,所述的驱动电路板与绝缘固定座相固定连接,所述的驱动电路板通过导线分别与灯头、LED芯片相电连接,所述的散热灯壳与绝缘固定座相固定连接,所述的LED芯片与一散热基板相连接,所述的散热基板与散热灯壳相固定连接,所述保护罩罩于散热基板及LED芯片的外部,所述散热灯壳的外壁上设有螺旋状排列的散热鳍片;所述的散热灯壳与驱动电路板之间安装有至少一个冷却风扇。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用上述结构,LED芯片与散热基板相连接,散热基板通过散热灯壳将热量分散到散热灯壳外壁上的散热鳍片;而冷却风扇则将位于散热基板热量比较集中的中心区域的散热灯壳加快散发,效果佳,从而可以有效地保证LED灯的正常工作。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,具多重散热结构、散热效果佳,可广泛应用于各种场合,具有巨大的市场潜力和广泛的市场前景。

参看图1,本实用新型一种可多重散热的大功率LED灯,包括灯头1、绝缘固定座2、驱动电路板3、LED芯片5,散热灯壳4、保护罩6,所述的绝缘固定座2与灯头1相固定连接,所述的驱动电路板3与绝缘固定座2相固定连接,所述的驱动电路板3通过导线分别与灯头1、LED芯片5相电连接,所述的散热灯壳4与绝缘固定座2相固定连接,所述的LED芯片5与一散热基板8相连接,所述的散热基板8与散热灯壳4相固定连接,所述保护罩6罩于散热基板8及LED芯片5的外部,所述散热灯壳4的外壁上设有螺旋状排列的散热鳍片9;所述的散热灯壳4与驱动电路板3之间安装有至少一个冷却风扇10。
工作时,LED芯片5所产生的热量传递给散热基板8,而散热基板8将热量传递给散热灯壳4,则散热灯壳4的热量一部分由位于散热灯壳4与驱动电路板3之间的冷却风扇10散去,另一部分则由散热灯壳4的外壁上的散热鳍片9散去,有双重散热之功效,从而达到设计目的。
