Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种旋转棘轮扳手，主要包括手柄握持部、两端的连接端、棘轮装置、转动套筒头；连接端与一种棘轮装置固定配合，提供棘轮功能；在棘轮装置的中间设有一转动套筒头，并与连接端固定配合；转动套筒头上设有多个套筒，作为优选，转动套筒头均匀设置四种不同尺寸规格的套筒。

一种旋转棘轮扳手 
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种扳手，尤其涉及一种包含多种不同规格套筒的棘轮套筒扳手。 
背景技术
手动工具在社会中起着推动生产力进步的作用，由于螺钉、螺栓和螺母的发明和应用，使得扳手成为机械的手动工具领域中一种举足轻重的工具。扳手发明以来至今出现了各种各样的扳手，如开口扳手、套筒棘轮扳手等。 
在套筒扳手技术领域，由于螺母或螺钉在不同场合其使用的大小尺寸各异，使得用于驱动这些螺母或螺钉的套筒也要求有不同的内径与之配合，这样就出现了一种工具箱，其内部放置有一个套筒棘轮扳手，同时还放置有一系列不同内径大小的套筒，这些套筒可以与套筒扳手实现可脱卸式结合，由此来针对不同型号的螺母或螺钉，这种工具存在的问题是：需要根据待松、紧的工件随时更换不同型号的套筒，使用不方便，而且生产成本也较高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在的问题，提供一种结构简单、实用方便的旋转棘轮扳手。 
本实用新型公开了一种旋转棘轮扳手，主要包括手柄握持部、两端的连接端、棘轮装置、转动套筒头；连接端与一种棘轮装置固定配合，提供棘轮功能；在棘轮装置的中间设有一转动套筒头，并与连接端固定配合。 
所述转动套筒头上设有多个套筒。 
作为优选，所述转动套筒头均匀设置四种不同尺寸规格的套筒。 
所述连接端内部设有一带沟槽的环状面，连接端延伸有一个内腔，直至手柄内部； 在环形沟槽内设有一棘轮齿环，在内腔里设有一月牙形棘轮齿，该棘轮齿与棘轮齿环固定配合。 
作为优选，连接端为套筒端，总体呈球状，并含有多个圆弧形轮廓，转动套筒头明显呈球状或类似球状，在转动套筒头中心轴线四周等距离设有四个套筒。 
作为优选，手柄另一末端设有另一个连接端，该连接端设有一种棘轮装置，在棘轮装置的中间设有一转动套筒头，并与连接端固定配合。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便快捷，通过旋转转动套筒头找到与待松、紧工件规格相匹配的目标套筒即可进行操作。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示的一种旋转棘轮扳手100的优选实施例，该旋转棘轮扳手100包括： 
具有人机工效学特征的手柄120，手柄的两头分别设有两个末端，并且手柄终止于两个末端； 
连接端122，设在手柄120的其中至少一个末端； 
所述的连接端122包括一个棘轮装置200(如图4所示)和一个含有多个套筒104的转动套筒头102。转动套筒头102的优势在于，在一个单个转动套筒头102上设置多个规格的套筒104，比现有套筒扳手有了很大的改进。此外，棘轮装置200使得多规格套筒104旋转棘轮扳手100成为一种快速旋转驱动工具。 
进一步说明的是，该优选实施例中的转动套筒头102明显呈球状或类似球状，在转动套筒头102四周等距离设有四个套筒104。套筒104可以采用不同标准，也可以用公制或者英制的规格，从而可以配合大范围不同种类的螺栓或者螺母。虽然该优选实施例中的转动套筒头为明显的球状，但其它的任何外观形状(如图5a～5d)都在本实用新型所保护的范围内。 
如图4所示，转动套筒头102绕两个销轴106旋转。转动套筒头102设有两个相对的平面107，在平面107上分别设有第一装配孔109，在棘轮装置200上设有一对第二装配孔111，在本优选实施例中，第二装配孔111设在棘轮齿环201的内部环状面上。转动销轴106装配在孔111和孔109中，将转动套筒头102和棘轮装置200联接起来，这样，连接端122就可以允许使用者转动旋转套筒头102来使用不同规格的套筒104。 
如上所述的优选实施例，旋转棘轮扳手100包含一个棘轮装置200，棘轮装置200允许使用者在螺栓或者螺母上重新定位旋转棘轮扳手100，来进行下一个行程，而无须将旋转棘轮扳手100从螺栓或者螺母上移出。 
棘轮装置200包括：一个棘轮齿环201，设在连接端122的一个内部环状面和一个内腔124上的环状沟槽123内。内腔124延伸至手柄120内部，内腔124里面设有一月牙形棘轮齿202。盖板122b被盖在连接端122顶面上的卡环122c固定，盖板122b盖住棘轮装置200，并形成内腔124。如图7所示，棘轮齿202被弹簧203顶住，并与棘轮齿环201配合。虽然该特定类型的棘轮装置被视为优选实施例，但任何类型的棘轮装置200都在本实用新型所保护的范围内。 
如上所述的优选实施例，旋转棘轮扳手100具有设置在手柄120另一端上的第二个连接端122。并且包含了前面所描述的所有组件及操作零部件。然而，任何一端都可能 包含任何数量任何类型的工具，如单尺寸套筒或者开口扳手、套筒扳手，螺丝刀等，且都在本实用新型所保护的范围内。 
该实用新型的优势在于，将一个棘轮装置200和多规格套筒104的套筒扳手100组合在一起。在上述优选实施例中，两个连接端122和两个转动套筒头102一共包含有八个不同规格尺寸的套筒104。它的意义在于，将八只手动工具的功能集成到了一个单只的带有棘轮装置200的旋转棘轮扳手100上。 
该实用新型的任何实施例中的每个不同方面都可以任意组合，形成新的实施例，并且都在本实用新型所保护的范围内。 

Claims (15)

1.一种旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：包括可握持的手柄(120)及一个末端、手柄一末端的连接端(122)、与连接端组合在一起的棘轮装置(200)，以及与连接端组合在一起且被设在棘轮装置中间的转动套筒头(102)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述转动套筒头(102)由多种套筒(104)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述转动套筒头(102)由四个不同尺寸规格的套筒(104)组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述连接端(122)由一个带有环状沟槽(123)的内部环状面，以及一个延伸至手柄的内腔(124)组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述棘轮装置(200)由一个设置在环状沟槽(123)内的棘轮齿环(201)以及一个设在内腔(124)里面的棘轮齿(202)组成，棘轮齿(202)与棘轮齿环(201)配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述连接端(122)为球状或者类球状套筒端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述连接端(122)具有明显的圆弧形的轮廓。
8.根据权利要求7所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述转动套筒头(102)为明显的球状或类似球状，在转动套筒头(102)中心轴线四周等距离设有四个套筒(104)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：在手柄另一末端设有另一个连接端(122)，该连接端(122)设有一种棘轮装置(200)，在棘轮装置(200)的中间设有一转动套筒头(102)，并与连接端(122)固定配合。
10.一种旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：包括可握持手柄(120)以及手柄两个相对的末端、分别设置在手柄两端的两个连接端(122)、分别与每个连接端(122)组合在一起的两个棘轮装置(200)，以及分别与每个连接端(122)组合在一起且被设在每个棘轮装置(200)中间的两个转动套筒头(102)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述每个转动套筒头(102)都分别由四个不同尺寸规格的套筒(104)组成。
12.根据权利要求11所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述每个连接端(122)都一个带有环状沟槽(123)的内部环状面，以及一个延伸至手柄的内腔(124)组成。
13.根据权利要求12所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述每个棘轮装置(200)都由一个设置在环状沟槽(123)内的棘轮齿环(201)以及一个设在内腔(124)里面的棘轮齿(202)组成，棘轮齿(202)与棘轮齿环(201)配合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述每个连接端(122)都具有明显的圆弧形的轮廓。
15.根据权利要求14所述的旋转棘轮扳手，其特征在于：所述每个转动套筒头(102)都为明显的球状或类似球状，在转动套筒头(102)中心轴线四周等距离设有四个套筒(104)。
