本实用新型公开了一种无死角三片式球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、阀座，球体设置在阀体内，阀体上、下端面分别设有阀盖，阀盖与球体之间设有阀座，所述的阀座为填充阀座，阀盖与阀体之间设有密封装置。由于所述的阀座为填充阀座，所以球体与阀盖之间填满填料，使球体与阀盖之间的内腔不存在任何空隙，流动介质也就无法残留在球体与阀盖之间的内腔中，也就保证了球体活动不受残留介质的影响，更具灵活性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球阀，尤其是一种三片式球阀。
背景技术
目前，传统使用的三片式球阀，其阀座一般对称设置在球体两侧，用于固定球体，而球体与阀盖之间的内腔中间还存在大量的空隙，这种结构的阀座虽然能起到固定球体的作用，但是如果流经阀体的流动介质为高粘度的油漆、印漆等时，流动介质就会有部分残留在球体与阀盖之间的内腔空隙中，使球体活动受到影响和阻碍，长期使用就会让流动介质在球体与阀盖之间的内腔空隙中大量沉积，最终使球体无法活动，造成阀门卡死的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种结构紧凑、密封性更好的无死角三片式球阀。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种无死角三片式球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、阀座，球体设置在阀体内，阀体上、下端面分别设有阀盖，阀盖与球体之间设有阀座，所述的阀座为填充阀座。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于所述的阀座为填充阀座，所以球体与阀盖之间填满填料，使球体与阀盖之间的内腔不存在任何空隙，流动介质也就无法残留在球体与阀盖之间的内腔中，也就保证了球体活动不受流动介质的影响，更具灵活性。
本实用新型可进一步设置为所述的阀盖与阀体之间设有密封装置。
本实用新型还可进一步设置为所述的阀盖与阀体之间设有的密封装置为密封圈。

具体实施方式
如图1所示给出了一种无死角三片式球阀，包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀杆3、球体4、阀座5，球体4设置在阀体1内，阀体1上、下端面11与12分别设有阀盖2，阀盖2与球体4之间设有阀座5，所述的阀座5为填充阀座5，阀盖2与阀体1之间设有密封圈6。
由于所述的阀座5为填充阀座5，所以球体4与阀盖2之间填满填料，使球体4与阀盖2之间的内腔不存在任何空隙，流动介质也就无法残留在球体4与阀盖2之间的内腔中，也就保证了球体4活动不受残留介质的影响，更具灵活性。

1.一种无死角三片式球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、阀座，球体设置在阀体内，阀体上、下端面分别设有阀盖，阀盖与球体之间设有阀座，其特征在于：所述的阀座为填充阀座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀，其特征在于：阀盖与阀体之间设有密封装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无死角三片式球阀，其特征在于：所述的阀盖与阀体之间设有的密封装置为密封圈。
