本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种三片式球阀,属于球阀技术领域。设置有阀门主体,所述阀门主体内设置有球体,所述球体呈内部中空结构,所述阀门主体的左右两侧分别设置有左连接法兰和右连接法兰,设置有连接螺栓,所述球体上设置有阀杆,所述阀杆穿过阀门主体,所述阀杆与阀门主体连接处的底部设置有阀杆密封环,所述阀杆与阀门主体连接处的顶部设置有密封填料,所述阀杆的顶端设置有手柄。本发明的有益之处是:提供一种球阀,由阀门主体和左右连接法兰组成,通过用连接螺栓和螺母将上述三种部件连接在一起,极大的方便了阀门的维护,通过在阀门内设置各种密封装置,提高了阀门的密封性能,本发明结构简单,操作方便。

 本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种三片式球阀,属于球阀技术领域。
背景技术
球阀,其启闭件为球体,有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线,它由阀杆带动,并绕阀杆的轴线作旋转运动,从而实现切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向等作用。球阀的主要特点是结构紧凑,密封可靠,结构简单,维修方便,密封面与球面常在闭合状态,不易被介质冲蚀,易于操作和维修,故而广泛应用于水、溶剂、酸和天然气等许多领域。
球阀,作为被广泛应用的一种新型阀门,其结构主要有阀体、球体、阀座、阀杆、阀盖、填料等组成,其中球体表面与阀座过盈配合形成密封,传统的阀体分为两部分,左阀体和右阀体,通常采用耐高温的金属或非金属材料,球体通常采用不锈钢及相关耐高温材质。开启或关闭阀门时,通过手柄驱动转动球体,球体表面在摩擦力等作用的影响下逐渐磨损。无论阀体密封采用的是硬密封还是软密封,由于不锈钢金属或其它金属表面受自身材料、加工及阀体材料、设计等影响,使摩擦力的增大,在阀门频繁的开闭工作中,球体与阀座密封处会不断干涉造成磨损,加快了磨损的速度,降低阀门的使用寿命,传统的两片式球阀如果受到损坏,拆卸维修比较困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种三片式球阀,以解决目前两片式球阀所面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种三片式球阀,设置有阀门主体,所述阀门主体内设置有球体,所述球体呈内部中空结构,所述阀门主体的左右两侧分别设置有左连接法兰和右连接法兰,设置有连接螺栓,所述连接螺栓将阀门主体和左连接法兰及右连接法兰相互固定连接在一起,所述球体上设置有阀杆,所述阀杆穿过阀门主体。
所述阀杆与阀门主体连接处的底部设置有阀杆密封环,所述阀杆与阀门主体连接处的顶部设置有密封填料,所述密封填料的上部设置有填料压环。
所述阀杆的顶端设置有手柄,所述手柄的底部设置有手柄压盖,所述手柄的上部固定连接设置有手柄螺母,所述填料压环和手柄压盖之间设置有蝶形弹簧,连接螺栓为双头螺栓,所述双头螺栓上连接有螺母。
所述球体的底部设置有阀座,所述阀座和阀门主体之间设置有阀体密封环,所述密封填料的材质为PTFE。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:提供一种球阀,由阀门主体和左右连接法兰组成,通过用连接螺栓和螺母将上述三种部件连接在一起,从而实现了组合式阀门的使用,这种设置这种组合式阀门,极大的方便了阀门的维护,通过在阀门内设置各种密封装置,提高了阀门的密封性能,本发明结构简单,操作方便。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:根据图1所示的一种三片式球阀,设置有阀门主体1,所述阀门主体1内设置有球体2,所述球体2呈内部中空结构,所述阀门主体1的左右两侧分别设置有左连接法兰3和右连接法兰4,设置有连接螺栓5,所述连接螺栓将阀门主体1和左连接法兰3及右连接法兰4相互固定连接在一起,所述球体2上设置有阀杆6,所述阀杆6穿过阀门主体1,所述阀杆6与阀门主体1连接处的底部设置有阀杆密封环7,所述阀杆6与阀门主体1连接处的顶部设置有密封填料8,所述密封填料8的上部设置有填料压环9。
所述阀杆6的顶端设置有手柄10,所述手柄10的底部设置有手柄压盖11,所述手柄10的上部固定连接设置有手柄螺母12,所述填料压环9和手柄压盖11之间设置有蝶形弹簧13,连接螺栓5为双头螺栓,所述双头螺栓上连接有螺母14,所述球体2的底部设置有阀座15,所述阀座15和阀门主体1之间设置有阀体密封环16,所述密封填料8的材质为PTFE。
使用时,设置好阀门主体1,并且在阀门主体1的左右两侧分别设置有左连接法兰3和右连接法兰4,用连接螺栓5将阀门主体1和左连接法兰3和右连接法兰4分别连接在一起,在连接螺栓5的两端固定连接有螺母14,从而将阀门主体1和左连接法兰3和右连接法兰4固定在一起,形成一个整体,在阀门主体1内设置有球体2,并且在球体2中设置好阀杆6,所述阀杆6穿过阀门主体1,所述阀杆6与阀门主体1连接处的底部设置有阀杆密封环7,所述阀杆6与阀门主体1连接处的顶部设置有密封填料8,所述密封填料8的上部设置有填料压环9。

1.  一种三片式球阀,其特征在于:设置有阀门主体(1),所述阀门主体(1)内设置有球体(2),所述球体(2)呈内部中空结构,所述阀门主体(1)的左右两侧分别设置有左连接法兰(3)和右连接法兰(4),设置有连接螺栓(5),所述连接螺栓将阀门主体(1)和左连接法兰(3)及右连接法兰(4)相互固定连接在一起,所述球体(2)上设置有阀杆(6),所述阀杆(6)穿过阀门主体(1)。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(6)与阀门主体(1)连接处的底部设置有阀杆密封环(7),所述阀杆(6)与阀门主体(1)连接处的顶部设置有密封填料(8),所述密封填料(8)的上部设置有填料压环(9)。
3.    根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(6)的顶端设置有手柄(10),所述手柄(10)的底部设置有手柄压盖(11),所述手柄(10)的上部固定连接设置有手柄螺母(12)。
4.    根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:所述填料压环(9)和手柄压盖(11)之间设置有蝶形弹簧(13)。
5.    根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:连接螺栓(5)为双头螺栓,所述双头螺栓上连接有螺母(14)。
6.    根据权利要求1所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:所述球体(2)的底部设置有阀座(15),所述阀座(15)和阀门主体(1)之间设置有阀体密封环(16)。
7.    根据权利要求2所述的三片式球阀,其特征在于:所述密封填料(8)的材质为PTFE。
