背景技术
现有技术中，双作用平衡式节流截止阀都是采用单密封结构的，它包括阀体、阀座、活塞、平衡缸和节流套，在阀门关闭状态，活塞和阀座相互接触来形成阀门的密封。其缺点是：由于活塞和阀座形成的密封为阀门唯一的密封，当阀门由于介质的原因导致密封面损伤时，会导致阀门内漏，影响阀门的正常使用，阀门密封可靠性较低，阀门整体使用寿命短。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种采用双重密封结构，密封可靠性更高，大大提高阀门整体使用寿命的双作用双密封平衡式节流截止阀。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实施的：
双作用双密封平衡式节流截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、活塞、平衡缸和节流套，在阀门关闭状态，活塞和阀座相互接触形成阀门的第一道密封，其特征在于：阀门还设有第二道密封，第二道密封包括密封圈，密封圈设在阀芯的密封槽内，阀芯连接在活塞的底部，密封圈的外缘与所述阀座的内孔接触。
上述技术方案的节流截止阀，采用了双重密封结构，确保了阀门关闭状态下的严密密封的可靠性，第一道密封采用不同硬度的材料组合，抗擦伤及抗疲劳性强，使用寿命长，第二道密封采用软密封，与第一道密封共同作用但互不干涉，确保阀门密封的万无一失。由于采用了双重密封结构，阀门在关闭状态可有效阻止介质流入下游管道，密封可靠性更高，大大提高了阀门的整体使用寿命。
所述阀芯的底部具有圆锥形结构。上述设计使本实用新型与现有技术一样实现阀门的截止节流双作用。

如图所示，本实用新型的双作用双密封平衡式节流截止阀，包括阀体1、阀座2、阀芯8、活塞3、平衡缸4和节流套5，在阀门关闭状态，活塞3和阀座2相互接触形成阀门的第一道密封6，第一道密封6为硬密封，阀门还设有第二道密封，第二道密封为软密封，第二道密封包括密封圈7，密封圈7设在所述阀芯8的密封槽内，阀芯8连接在活塞3的底部，密封圈7的外缘与所述阀座2的内孔接触。
上述的双作用双密封平衡式节流截止阀，密封采用软硬两种密封的双密封结构，密封实现双保险，大大提高了阀门的整体使用寿命，使用寿命提高两倍以上，减少了阀门维修及维护成本，最大限度提高了劳动生产率。

1.双作用双密封平衡式节流截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、活塞、平衡缸和节流套，在阀门关闭状态，活塞和阀座相互接触形成阀门的第一道密封，其特征在于：阀门还设有第二道密封，第二道密封包括密封圈，密封圈设在阀芯的密封槽内，阀芯连接在活塞的底部，密封圈的外缘与所述阀座的内孔接触。
