本实用新型属于电池技术领域,提供汽车启动用防震电池。这种汽车启动用防震电池,包括电池盒体和设置在其中的电芯和电池保护线路板,在所述电芯与盒体之间设有防震部件。根据本实用新型的汽车启动用防震电池,电芯与盒体及之间、单个电芯之间均设有减震部件,能够任何部分发生震动均能被减小或阻隔;各减震部件之间彼此独立,防止了互相之间的联动,可以将局部震动控制在小范围内。

本实用新型涉及电池,尤其涉及汽车启动用防震电池。
背景技术
目前在交通工具或其它工具上已大量采用电池,如作为汽车启动用电池,电动工具用电池等。要在交通工具或电动工具上使用,防震功能是很需要的,因为在这些工具的运行过程中不可避免地要产生振动。如果不具有防震功能,则电池容易因震动而损坏或者减少使用寿命,甚至因剧烈震动而引起爆炸,造成安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供汽车启动用防震电池。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车启动用防震电池,包括电池盒体和设置在其中的电芯和电池保护线路板,在所述电芯与盒体之间设有防震部件。
所述电芯由四个单体电芯两两侧放于电池盒并串联而成;所述防震部件包括四条竖减震垫、两条横减震垫、两块侧减震板以及一块底减震板。
所述防震部件还包括两块竖减震板分别设置在两条竖减振垫与盒体之间。
所述防震部件还包括设置在上下电体电芯间的隔板。
还包括一支架设置在电芯的一个侧面与电池盒体之间,所述电池保护线路板设置在该支架上。
本实用新型的减震部件可由塑胶型材制成。
本实用新型的有益效果:电芯与盒体及之间、单个电芯之间均设有减震部件,能够任何部分发生震动均能被减小或阻隔;各减震部件之间彼此独立,防止了互相之间的联动,可以将局部震动控制在小范围内。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种汽车启动用防震电池,包括电池盒15、单体电芯13及设置在其中的电芯和电池保护线路板16。电池盒15与盒盖3之间由螺钉2连接。电芯由四个单体电芯13串联而成,四个单体电芯13两两并列侧放再上下重叠而成。
盒盖3上设有正极柱1和负极柱21,由螺帽和垫片固定。保险管4、复位按钮5及检测接口6均设置在盒盖3上。
四条竖减振垫10两两互相平行设置在电芯的左右两端,在减振垫10与电池盒15左右两内侧壁之间还各嵌设有一竖减震板9。在电芯上端与盒盖3之间设有两条互相平行的横减震垫20。在电芯下端与电池盒15底部之间设有底减震板14。在电芯前面与电池盒15前壁内侧之间设有两互相平行的盒盖3之间设有两条互相平行的侧减震板11。上下单体电芯之间设有隔板12。
支架17设置在电芯后面与电池盒15后壁内侧之间,卡接在盒盖3上。电池保护线路板16固定在支架17上,其内设电池保护电路。支架17也可以定程度地起到防震的作用。

1.一种汽车启动用防震电池,包括电池盒体和设置在其中的电芯和电池保护线路板,其特征在于:在所述电芯与盒体之间设有防震部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车启动用防震电池,其特征在于:所述电芯由四个单体电芯两两侧放于电池盒并串联而成;所述防震部件包括四条竖减震垫、两条横减震垫、两块侧减震板以及一块底减震板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车启动用防震电池,其特征在于:所述防震部件还包括两块竖减震板分别设置在两条竖减振垫与盒体之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车启动用防震电池,其特征在于:所述防震部件还包括设置在上下电体电芯间的隔板。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意项所述的汽车启动用防震电池,其特征在于:还包括一支架设置在电芯的一个侧面与电池盒体之间,所述电池保护线路板设置在该支架上。
