背景技术:现有技术中的炉芯上没有助燃孔和助燃缝,所以能耗高,对煤质燃烧不充分,产生有害气体排放,不能利用煤气。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空气自注氧助燃节能炉芯,该炉芯通过自注氧助燃孔,将氧气加热后送至炉口,先在炉口燃烧煤气及其它可燃气体,能达到上火快的目的,又减少了有害气体的排放;炉芯内的自注氧助燃缝,能使煤炭、煤气充分燃烧,达到燃烧利用率高的目的。
本实用新型的构成:由炉芯、自注氧助燃孔和自注氧助燃缝构成,在炉芯的圆锥形筒壁上分布自注氧助燃孔和自注氧助燃缝。
自注氧助燃孔和自注氧助燃缝竖向间隔排列在炉芯壁内,其进口在炉芯底面上,自注氧助燃孔出口位于炉芯上口部并向炉芯内下方倾斜,自注氧助燃缝与炉芯内孔连通,其高是炉芯的2/3。
自注氧助燃孔横截面是圆形,自注氧助燃缝横截面是三角形。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型在炉芯壁上增加自注氧助燃孔和自注氧助燃缝,能使煤炭、煤气充分燃烧,燃烧利用率可达99%以上,节约煤炭25%左右,实现高效利用煤炭资源,该炉芯的生产原材料是利用工业废渣,生产过程无任何污染,真正做到了既节能又环保。

自注氧助燃孔3横截面是圆形,自注氧助燃缝4横截面是三角形。
