背景技术
现有技术中,为提高混凝土的强度,经常在混凝土中设置有箍筋,所述的箍筋包括矩形箍筋和方形箍筋。现有的箍筋一般均根据需要的尺寸和形状,手工或机械折成方形或矩形的开口式箍筋,两端的锚固段重达,用铁丝手工扣扎,费时费力,铁丝强度小,在受到外力作用下或地震时,很易折断,存在巨大的安全隐患,这种箍筋的锚固段的长度是钢筋直径的10倍,端部的锚固段重迭连接浪费钢筋,提高了建筑成本,且存在箍筋几何精度差,承载力差等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足,提供一种封闭环式箍筋,该箍筋采用闪光对焊连接,省去了锚固段,减少了钢筋用量,降低了成本,且箍筋几何精度高。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种封闭环式箍筋,它包括钢筋,所述封闭环式箍筋由一根钢筋折成,钢筋的两端头采用闪光对焊连接在一起,其形状呈封闭式方形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:1、取消了传统开口式箍筋的锚固段,减少了钢筋用量,降低了建筑成本,每吨钢筋可节省成本250元;2、箍筋采用数控机械自动下料加工,箍筋几何尺寸精度高,能够保证钢筋混凝土构件的保护层厚度;3、拥有比开口式箍筋对核心区砼更强的约束力,从而提高砼的承载力;4、箍筋批量加工,减少了劳动强度,提高了施工进度。

具体实施方式
一种封闭环式箍筋,它包括钢筋1,所述封闭环式箍筋由一根钢筋1折成方形,钢筋1的两端头采用闪光对焊连接在一起,其形状呈封闭式方形。加工时,根据需要把钢筋切成需要的长度,将切好的钢筋用数控机械折成方形,折好的方形箍筋放在对焊机上,两端头通过闪光对焊使其瞬间连接在一起,即成封闭环式箍筋,该箍筋几何尺寸精度高,能够保证钢筋混凝土构件的保护层厚度,能够提高砼的承载力。
