背景技术
现有技术中，为提高混凝土的强度，经常在混凝土中设置有箍筋，所述的箍筋包括矩形箍筋和方形箍筋。现有的箍筋一般均根据需要的尺寸和形状，手工或机械折成方形或矩形的开口式箍筋，两端的锚固段重达，用铁丝手工扣扎，费时费力，铁丝强度小，在受到外力作用下或地震时，很易折断，存在巨大的安全隐患，这种箍筋的锚固段的长度是钢筋直径的10倍，端部的锚固段重迭连接浪费钢筋，提高了建筑成本，且存在箍筋几何精度差，承载力差等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足，提供一种封闭环式箍筋，该箍筋采用闪光对焊连接，省去了锚固段，减少了钢筋用量，降低了成本，且箍筋几何精度高。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种封闭环式箍筋，它包括钢筋，所述封闭环式箍筋由一根钢筋折成，钢筋的两端头采用闪光对焊连接在一起，其形状呈封闭式方形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：1、取消了传统开口式箍筋的锚固段，减少了钢筋用量，降低了建筑成本，每吨钢筋可节省成本250元；2、箍筋采用数控机械自动下料加工，箍筋几何尺寸精度高，能够保证钢筋混凝土构件的保护层厚度；3、拥有比开口式箍筋对核心区砼更强的约束力，从而提高砼的承载力；4、箍筋批量加工，减少了劳动强度，提高了施工进度。

具体实施方式
一种封闭环式箍筋，它包括钢筋1，所述封闭环式箍筋由一根钢筋1折成方形，钢筋1的两端头采用闪光对焊连接在一起，其形状呈封闭式方形。加工时，根据需要把钢筋切成需要的长度，将切好的钢筋用数控机械折成方形，折好的方形箍筋放在对焊机上，两端头通过闪光对焊使其瞬间连接在一起，即成封闭环式箍筋，该箍筋几何尺寸精度高，能够保证钢筋混凝土构件的保护层厚度，能够提高砼的承载力。
