本实用新型公开了一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器,它包括两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1),(2);铰链轴(3);双金属片(4);骨架(7);两个电磁感应线圈(6),(8);弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1)与弧形电磁感应圆柱体(2)一端通过铰链轴(3)相连,另一端相接触形成断口(11)且无缝隙;双金属片(4)一端固定在靠近断口(11)的弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1)上,另一端插入弧形电磁感应圆柱体(2)的开口槽(5)内;电磁感应线圈(6)缠绕在两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1),(2)与铰链轴(3)相连处;电磁感应线圈(8)缠绕在骨架(7)上,两电磁感应线圈(6)和(8)通过导线相连;在电磁感应圆柱体(1),(2)靠近断口(3)且与电线(9)相接触的位置安有弧形铁板(12);在骨架(7)内装有硅钢片电磁铁(10)。本实用新型能迅速,高效的除去高压电力线上的冰层,结构简单,操作方便,成本低,易于推广利用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种除冰器,具体地说,涉及一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器。
背景技术
2008年,我国南方大部分地方遭受冻雨侵袭,造成了塔倒断线,电力火车不能正常运输,工厂无电无法正常生产。究其原因在于高压电力线裸露在冻雨中极易结冰,有的结冰厚度直径达300mm,增加了导线的张力,超过设计要求,最终造成巨大经济损失。因而急需一种能在冬天迅速,高效除冰器解决此问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器,解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案:
弧形电磁感应圆柱体与弧形电磁感应圆柱体一端通过铰链轴相连;另一端相接触形成断口且无缝隙;双金属片一端固定在靠近断口的弧形电磁感应圆柱体上,另一端插入弧形电磁感应圆柱体的开口槽内;电磁感应线圈缠绕在两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体上;电磁感应线圈缠绕在骨架上,两电磁感应线圈通过导线相连。
电磁感应圆柱体靠近断口且与电线相接触的位置安有弧形铁板。
骨架内装有硅钢片电磁铁。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型能迅速,高效的除去高压电力线上的冰层,结构简单,操作方便,成本低,易于推广利用。

具体实施方式
4.本实用新型的实施例:如图1和图2所示,,它包括两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体1,2;铰链轴3;双金属片4;骨架7;两个电磁感应线圈6,8;弧形电磁感应圆柱体1与弧形电磁感应圆柱体2一端通过铰链轴3相连,另一端相接触形成断口11且无缝隙,两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体共同形成电磁感应闭合体;双金属片4一端固定在靠近断口11的弧形电磁感应圆柱体1上,另一端插入弧形电磁感应圆柱体2的开口槽5内;电磁感应线圈6缠绕在两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体1,2上;电磁感应线圈8缠绕在骨架7上,两电磁感应线圈6和8通过导线相连形成电磁感应回路;电线9通电后产生交变的电磁感应电流通过电磁感应线圈6和8传导在骨架7上带动硅钢片电磁铁10振动。硅钢片电磁铁10振动带动整个除冰器沿着电线9从高处向底处滑行开始除冰;当滑行到最低处时除冰器不再滑行;两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体1,2的温度达到60℃时双金属片4插入开口槽5端受热膨胀弯曲脱离弧形电磁感应圆柱体2,弧形电磁感应圆柱体1,2与铰链轴3相连的两端张开,另一端在断口11处分离从而使除冰器脱离电线9完成除冰即可;中途如果遇到电线有结头处可利用弧形铁板12顺利通过。

1.一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器,它包括两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1、2);铰链轴(3);双金属片(4);骨架(7);两个电磁感应线圈(6、8);其特征在于:弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1)与弧形电磁感应圆柱体(2)一端通过铰链轴(3)相连;另一端相接触形成断口(11)且无缝隙;双金属片(4)一端固定在靠近断口(11)的弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1)上,另一端插入弧形电磁感应圆柱体(2)的开口槽(5)内;电磁感应线圈(6)缠绕在两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1),(2);电磁感应线圈(8)缠绕在骨架(7)上,电磁感应线圈(6)和电磁感应线圈(8)通过导线相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器,其特征在于:两个弧形电磁感应圆柱体(1、2)靠近断口(11)且与电线(9)相接触的位置安有弧形铁板(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电磁式高压电力线除冰器,其特征在于:骨架(7)内装有硅钢片电磁铁(10)。
