目前,公知的干式变压器低压线圈的起、末头铜排是长方形,还有不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有的干式变压器低压线圈的不足,本实用新型提供一种干式变压器低压线圈与现有长方形铜排输送电流效果一样,能够节省铜排减轻重量,降低成本27%。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的新技术方案是:由端绝缘、层绝缘、铜箔线圈、起头铜排、末头铜排组成的干式变压器低压线圈。所述的起头铜排、末头铜排为梯形铜排,梯形铜排小头分别固定连接在铜箔线圈相应的起头与末头上。
本实用新型的有益效果是,它与现有的长方形铜排输送电流效果一样,节省铜排、减轻重量,降低成本27%。

图2中,起头铜排4,末头铜排4′是梯形。
