Abstract
拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构包括驱动轮轴、端盖、前轴承、半圆挡环、螺钉、末端壳体、末级传动齿轮、后轴承；将端盖通过螺钉固定在前桥末端壳体上，套装在驱动轴上的前轴承与后轴承分别安装在端盖与末端壳体的轴承座孔内，末级传动齿轮通过花键连接在驱动轮轴上。驱动轮轴轴径上设置有半圆凹槽，两个半圆挡环装在驱动轴的半圆凹槽内。末级传动齿轮端部加工有沉孔，包住两半圆挡环，半圆挡环装在轴承与末级传动齿轮之间。本结构相对简单，零件数量少，装配方便，维修拆卸时避免损坏零件，且使用安全可靠，符合拖拉机安全使用的要求。

本实用新型属于拖拉机领域，涉及一种四轮驱动轮式拖拉机前驱动桥，尤其涉及四轮驱动轮式拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构。
背景技术
目前，我国拖拉机企业生产的四轮驱动水田型拖拉机的前驱动桥的末端传动机构主要是双锥轮系传动。在双锥轮系传动中，驱动轮轴大都采用轴承端盖压紧式的限位结构。这种结构比较可靠，但零件数目较多，结构较复杂，需用特殊垫片防止紧固螺钉松退，装配及维修拆卸都较麻烦。因此需要设计一种新型的驱动轮轴轴向限位结构，在保证安全可靠的使用性能的前提下，避免这些缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的四轮驱动拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构，使其结构简单，使用安全，安装及维修方便，且有较高的可靠性。
本实用新型的技术方案是：拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构包括驱动轮轴、端盖、前轴承、半圆挡环、螺钉、末端壳体、末级传动齿轮、后轴承；将端盖通过螺钉固定在前桥末端壳体上，套装在驱动轴上的前轴承与后轴承分别安装在端盖与末端壳体的轴承座孔内，末级传动齿轮通过花键连接在驱动轮轴上。
驱动轮轴轴径上设置有半圆凹槽，两个半圆挡环装在驱动轴的半圆凹槽内。
末级传动齿轮端部加工有沉孔，包住两半圆挡环，半圆挡环装在轴承与末级传动齿轮之间。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后产生的积极效果是：结构相对简单，零件数量少，装配方便，维修拆卸时避免损坏零件，且使用安全可靠，符合拖拉机安全使用的要求。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构由驱动轮轴1、端盖2、前轴承3、半圆挡环4、螺钉5、末端壳体6、末级传动齿轮7、后轴承8组成。端盖2通过螺钉5固定在前桥末端壳体6上，套装在驱动轴1上的前轴承3与后轴承8分别安装在端盖2与末端壳体6的轴承座孔内，支撑驱动轮轴1，末级传动齿轮7通过花键连接在驱动轮轴1上。驱动轮轴1的轴径上加工有半圆凹槽，两个半圆挡环4装在驱动轮轴1的半圆凹槽内，末级传动齿轮7端部加工有沉孔，包住两半圆挡环4，起固定半圆挡环4的作用，半圆挡环4装在轴承3与末级传动齿轮7之间，对驱动轮轴1进行轴向限位，可行效防止前桥运行中驱动轮轴1脱落。
在装配时，先将前轴承3分别压入末端壳体6和端盖2的轴承座孔内，然后装入驱动轮轴1，两个半圆挡环4，末级传动齿轮7，后轴承8内环，然后将端盖通过螺钉5连接在末端壳体6上。装配好的整体与拖拉机前桥连接，安装过程操作简便。两个半圆挡环对前驱动轴轴向限位，结构安全门靠。同样的工作条件下，可满足拖拉机使用安全可靠的要求。

1.一种拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构，包括驱动轮轴(1)、端盖(2)、前轴承(3)、半圆挡环(4)、螺钉(5)、末端壳体(6)、末级传动齿轮(7)、后轴承(8)；其特征在于：端盖(2)通过螺钉(5)固定在前桥末端壳体(6)上，套装在驱动轴(1)上的前轴承(3)与后轴承(8)分别安装在端盖(2)与末端壳体(6)的轴承座孔内，末级传动齿轮(7)通过花键连接在驱动轮轴(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构，其特征在于：驱动轮轴(1)轴径上设置有半圆凹槽，两个半圆挡环(4)装在驱动轴(1)的半圆凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机前驱动桥驱动轮轴轴向限位结构，其特征在于：末级传动齿轮(7)端部加工有沉孔，包住两半圆挡环(4)，半圆挡环(4)装在轴承(3)与末级传动齿轮(7)之间。
