随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人开始注重健康、体型。因此使用健身器械的人也越来越多。坐姿推举下拉训练器是一种通过推举下拉推拉杆从而锻炼身体上部肌肉的健身器械。使用这种器械时容易产生疲劳，如果能听音乐，则能缓解疲劳。但现有的坐姿推举下拉训练器没有播放音乐的功能。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种能播放音乐的坐姿推举下拉训练器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种坐姿推举下拉训练器，包括椅座、推拉杆、立柱和液压阻力器，立柱固定在椅座后侧，推拉杆铰接在立柱顶端，液压阻力器一端与推拉杆连接，另一端与立柱连接，椅座的坐垫侧面开有凹槽，凹槽中设有带扬声器的MP3播放器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便，在锻炼身体时可方便听音乐，缓解疲劳。

如图1所示，一种坐姿推举下拉训练器，包括椅座1、推拉杆2、立柱3和液压阻力器4。椅座1由椅架、坐垫和靠背组成。立柱3固定在椅座1后侧。推拉杆2为U形，中点铰接在立柱3顶端，两臂弧形过渡至椅座1前侧。液压阻力器4一端与推拉杆2连接，另一端与立柱3连接。椅座1的坐垫侧面开有凹槽，凹槽中设有带扬声器的MP3播放器5。

1.一种坐姿推举下拉训练器，包括椅座(1)、推拉杆(2)、立柱(3)和液压阻力器(4)，立柱(3)固定在椅座(1)后侧，推拉杆(2)铰接在立柱(3)顶端，液压阻力器(4)一端与推拉杆(2)连接，另一端与立柱(3)连接，其特征在于：椅座(1)的坐垫侧面开有凹槽，凹槽中设有带扬声器的MP3播放器(5)。
