如图1所示，本实施例是一种颈椎训练器，主要包括立柱1和安装在立柱1上的座椅2，在立柱1上还设有套筒3，套筒3内设有套杆4，套杆4位于套筒3内的一端设有卡盘5，卡盘5与套筒3底部之间设有压缩弹簧6，套杆4另一端连接有颈椎托7。使用时，锻炼者坐在座椅2上，将颈椎放在颈椎托7上，向后反复压缩套筒3内的弹簧6，从而起到锻炼了颈椎的作用。
