Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构,包括极耳、导针和电池负极,所述的极耳由圆柱体压制成型出极耳片,于圆柱体端部焊接导针,所述的极耳片铆接于电池的负极上,所述的极耳的圆柱体端头设有用于焊接的导针插孔,所述的极耳为铜质材料。本实用新型由于导针直接插入极耳圆柱体的导针插孔进行焊接,导针与极耳的焊接非常牢靠,不会产生导电性差的问题,极耳的圆柱体压制成型出用于铆接的极耳片,通过铆接的方式将与锂离子电池负极铆接牢固,且极耳为铜质材料,作为锂电池CP线的导针采用铜铁合金材料,插入导针插孔焊接性能好,加之锂离子电池负极为铜箔,因此保证了导针、极耳与锂离子电池负极之间连接的导电性能,质量得到了提高。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电池技术领域,涉及一种锂离子电池结构,具体涉及一种圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构。
背景技术
现有圆柱形锂电池,一般采用不锈钢或铝质材料作外包装,通常的圆柱形锂电池以一端突出的头部为正极,另一端的平面底部外壳为负极,使用时多采用串接的方式提供大容量、大功率的电压和电流供电器使用,如要采用并联联结的方式,还需要放入为并联连接设置的电池盒内才可使用,相对比较麻烦,因此开发出一种圆柱形正负极同向引出的锂离子电池。来满足锂离子电池串并联不同场合的使用要求。
但是,现有的圆柱形锂离子电池的正负极同向连接的导针引出结构如图1所示,导针采用焊接的方式与极耳连接,再通过铆接的方式将极耳与锂离子电池的正负极连接。极耳采用镍质材料,导针采用铜铁合金材料,导针与极耳的焊接因而可能存在着虚焊,而导致产生导电性差的问题,为保证导针和极耳之间的导电性能,就需要比较严格的焊接工艺来保证,因此造成其工艺相对复杂,使得产品质量的控制难度加大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,适合于圆柱形锂离子电池正负极同向引出的负极导针引出结构,它解决了现有技术存在的上述问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种圆柱形锂电池负极导针结引出构,包括极耳、导针和电池负极,所述的极耳由圆柱体压制成型出极耳片,于圆柱体端部焊接导针,所述的极耳片铆接于电池的负极上。
本实用新型所述的圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构,其特征还在于,
所述极耳的圆柱体端头设有用于焊接的导针插孔。
所述的极耳为铜质材料。
本实用新型圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构的有益效果是,由于导针直接插入与极耳一体的圆柱体导针插孔进行焊接,导针与极耳的焊接非常牢靠,不会产生导电性差的问题,再通过铆接的方式将极耳与锂离子电池的负极连接。极耳采用铜质材料,导针采用铜铁合金材料,锂离子电池的负极为铜箔,因此保证了导针、极耳与锂离子电池负极之间的导电性能,简化了制造工艺,产品的质量得到了提高。同时,与极耳一体的圆柱体还将锂离子电池卷绕时极耳引出形成的中心孔隙完全遮挡住,避免了气体产生,有效的防止了锂离子电池爆炸的现象发生,提高了锂离子电池工作可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
一种圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构,如图2和图3所示,包括极耳1、导针2和电池负极3,所述的极耳1由圆柱体4压制成型出极耳片5,于圆柱体4端部焊接导针2,所述的极耳片5铆接于电池的负极3上,所述极耳1的圆柱体4端头设有用于焊接的导针插孔6。
本实用新型由于导针2直接插入与极耳1一体的圆柱体4导针插孔6进行焊接,导针2与极耳1的焊接非常牢靠,不会产生导电性差的问题,极耳1的圆柱体4压制成型出用于铆接的极耳片5,通过铆接的方式将极耳片5与锂离子电池负极3铆接牢固,且所述的极耳1为铜质材料,作为锂电池CP线的导针2采用铜铁合金材料,插入导针插孔6焊接性能好,加之锂离子电池负极为铜箔,因此保证了导针2、极耳1与锂离子电池负极3之间连接的导电性能,简化了锂电池负极导针引出结构的制作工艺,产品的质量得到了提高。同时,与极耳1一体的圆柱体4还将锂离子电池卷绕时,引出极耳1形成的中心孔隙完全遮挡住,避免了气体产生,有效的防止了锂离子电池爆炸的现象发生,提高了锂离子电池工作可靠性。

1.一种圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构,包括极耳(1)、导针(2)和电池负极(3),其特征在于,所述的极耳(1)由圆柱体(4)压制成型出极耳片(5),于圆柱体(4)端部焊接导针(2),所述的极耳片(5)铆接于电池的负极(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池负极导针引出结构,其特征在于,所述极耳(1)的圆柱体(4)端头设有用于焊接的导针插孔(6)。
