本实用新型涉及液压机移动工作台提升置，更具体地说是应用在带工作台移入移出的液压机提升装置。
背景技术
目前公知的带移动工作台移入移出的液压机中，对于移动工作台的升起移出与落下夹紧，是由安装在下横梁的4只组合式的提升夹紧缸来实现的，这种结构的不足之处是，对于用户有特殊要求时，如液压垫的尺寸与移动工作台尺寸不成比例时，在下横梁设计安装位置时就非常困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压机移动工作台提升装置，结构设计合理，体积较小而提升力很大的提升油缸装置，它可以节省安装位置以达到合理的布局。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
液压机移动工作台提升装置，在液压机的下横梁上设有四个提升油缸安装孔，提升油缸安装孔内安装有柱塞油缸，柱塞油缸的柱塞杆顶端安装有提升块，提升油缸安装孔的顶部安装有与提升块相配合的定位套；位于提升油缸安装孔上方的移动工作台底部安装有滚轮轴，滚轮轴上安装有滚轮，滚轮放置于所述的提升块上。
所述提升柱塞缸为单向缸，提升柱塞缸的上腔外连通有油道。
所述提升油缸的柱塞杆中部设有控制提升块移动位置的碰块，碰块的一侧设有相对应的接近开关。
本实用新型当移动工作台正常工作时，提升块在提升油缸的放油状态下，缓慢下降使移动工作台与下横梁接触，并使滚轮脱离提升块；当移动工作台需要移出下横梁进行换模时，提升块在提升油缸的推力下上升，与滚轮接触并带动移动工作台离开下横梁位置，上升到设定的位置时由接近开关发迅停止，移动工作台在减速机的带动下轻便快捷的移出下横梁。

具体实施方式
参见附图，液压机移动工作台提升油缸装置，包括在下横梁上设置焊接小箱体结构，并有四个提升油缸安装孔(1)，把提升油缸垂直安装在下横梁内的四个方向的肋板上，再在上横梁(2)的面板上安装定位套(7)。在移动工作台上设置4只滚轮轴(5)，滚轮轴(4)上安装滚轮(3)上，在滚轮(3)与滚轮轴(5)之间安装有两对轴承(4)，柱塞缸(11)是单向进油的，其柱塞杆腔与柱塞缸油道(12)连通，在柱塞杆(10)上端设置提升块(6)，中端设有提升块到位发迅的接近开关(8)。
当移动工作台正常工作时，在PC控制下液压油从柱塞缸油道(12)流回油箱，使柱塞杆(10)带动提升块(6)向下移动，直到缓慢下降使工作台与下横梁接触，并使滚轮脱离提升块。
当移动工作台需要移出下横梁进行换模时，高压油从柱塞缸油道(12)进入柱塞腔，并推动柱塞杆(10)向上移动，使柱塞杆(10)带动提升块(6)向上移动，直到与滚轮(3)外经接触，并使移动工作台向上移动脱离下横梁，到达设定的上升位置时，撞块(9)与接近开关(8)接触，此时接近开关(8)发迅停止，在减速机的带动下移动工作台轻便快捷的移出下横梁(2)。

1.液压机移动工作台提升装置，其特征在于：在液压机的下横梁上设有四个提升油缸安装孔，提升油缸安装孔内安装有柱塞油缸，柱塞油缸的柱塞杆顶端安装有提升块，提升油缸安装孔的顶部安装有与提升块相配合的定位套；位于提升油缸安装孔上方的移动工作台底部安装有滚轮轴，滚轮轴上安装有滚轮，滚轮放置于所述的提升块上。
2.根据权利要求1所述液压机移动工作台提升装置，其特征在于：所述提升柱塞缸为单向缸，提升柱塞缸的上腔外连通有油道。
3.根据权利要求1所述液压机移动工作台提升装置，其特征在于：所述提升油缸的柱塞杆中部设有控制提升块移动位置的碰块，碰块的一侧设有相对应的接近开关。
