Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种线缆连接器组件,包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子以及与对应导电端子连接的若干线缆,所述导电端子设有位于其后端的卷曲部。其中所述卷曲部包括并列相连的第一压持部和第二压持部,且第一压持部高于第二压持部。所述第二压持部具有控制第一压持部铆压深度的功能,从而防止了卷曲部因过度铆压而损坏线缆。

线缆连接器组件 
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组件。 
【背景技术】
电连接器广泛应用于电性连接两个电子装置。一些电子装置,如服务器,安装有电源连接器以获得电源供应。这些电源连接器通常包括一对相互配合的组件,如插头连接器与插座线缆连接器组件,该插头连接器与电路板相连接,该插座线缆连接器组件与电源供应系统相连接用以将电源传输至电路板。插座线缆连接器组件通常包括整体射出成型的绝缘本体、固持于该绝缘本体内的若干插座型电源端子及若干与对应电源端子相连接的线缆。这些插座型电源端子可参考中国实用新型专利CN 2699510Y。该专利所揭示的线缆连接器组件包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及与对应导电端子连接的若干线缆。所述导电端子包括一平板状中间部、一位于中央的第一接触梁、一对位于两侧的第二接触梁及一尾部。所述尾部设有两对夹持翼,其中第一对夹持翼是与线缆的绝缘外皮配接,而第二对夹持翼是与线缆的导电芯线进行配接。所述夹持翼借助压接工具使其延伸并铆接于线缆的对应部位上,从而使线缆稳固地连接在导电端子上。 
然而,当导电端子和线缆进行铆接时,由于压接工具力道控制的原因,其中第二对夹持翼若铆压高度太深则会伤到导电芯线。 
因此,确有必要对现有的电连接器端子进行改进以克服现有技术的缺陷。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术方案是提供一种线缆连接器组件,该组件中导电端子降低在组装时伤到对应线缆的概率。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种线缆连接器组件,包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子以及与对应导电端子连接的若干线缆,所述导电端子设有位于其后端并与对应线缆相连的卷曲部,其中所述卷曲部包括并列相连的第一压持部和第二压持部,且第一压持部与第二压持部之间存在高度差。 
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下技术方案实现:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括导电端子,该导电端子包括位于中间的基部、由基部侧缘延伸而成的一对对接部以及自基部后端向后延伸的卷曲部。其中所述卷曲部包括并列相连的第一压持部和第二压持部,且第一压持部高于第二压持部。 
相较于现有技术,本实用新型在导电端子的卷曲部上设置了与第一压持部并列相连的第二压持部,且第一压持部和第二压持部呈阶梯状设置。这样,当导电端子在铆接时,第一压持部首先压入到对应线缆的导电芯线中,而低于第一压持部的第二压持部则起到一个缓冲的作用,可承担过度铆压时产生的多余应力,从而防止了卷曲部因过度铆压而损坏导电芯线。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型的线缆连接器组件1,包括一插座连接器2及与该插座连接器2电性连接的若干线缆3。每一线缆3包括一导电芯线30及包覆于导电芯线30外的绝缘外皮31,所述导电芯线30延伸出线缆3的一端。 
插座连接器2包括一矩形绝缘本体4及收容于该绝缘本体4内的若干导电端子5。该绝缘本体4设有前端面41及与其相对的后端面42。该绝缘本体4设有若干收容槽43及与这些收容槽43相连通的插槽44,收容槽43沿侧壁方向由前端面41延伸贯穿至相对后端面42,插槽44延伸穿过绝缘本体4的底面或顶面并在绝缘本体4的底面或顶面处形成阻挡块45。 
每一导电端子5结构相同,请参照图2和图3,其包括一平板状的基部51、一对位于两侧的接触部52以及一尾部53。其中,基部51的相对侧缘之后部分别向上延伸有一对延长部54,每个延长部54的前端沿基部51纵长方向分别向前延伸有所述的接触部52。该两个接触部52呈八字状延伸,使得两接触部52的自由端较窄,以与对接连接器端子(未图标)达成电性连接。此外,基部51后端对应绝缘本体4的阻挡块45处设有定位片55。 
所述导电端子5的尾部53自基部51的后端向后延伸而成,以与对应线缆3产生电性接触。尾部53上设有两对卷曲部531,所述卷曲部531依功用可分为一对固定卷曲部531a和一对导通卷曲部531b,其中,所述固定卷曲部531a将对应线缆3的绝缘外皮31卷覆固定,以实现导电端子5与对应线缆3的稳固连接,而导通卷曲部531b将对应线缆3的导电芯线30卷覆固定,以实现导电端子5与对应线缆3的电性导通。所述导通卷曲部531b设置在固定卷曲部531a的前方,且导通卷曲部531b的高度低于固定卷曲部531a的高度。两对卷曲部531可借助压接工具(未图标)使其延伸并铆接于对应线缆3的绝缘外皮31和导电芯线30上。在本实施例中,所述每个卷曲部531设有并列相连的第一压持部5311和第二压持部5312,且第一压持部5311高于第二压持部5312。作为卷曲部531的最佳构造,所述第一压持部5311和第二压持部5312呈阶梯状设置,且所述第一压持部5311的顶部端缘与第二压持部5312的顶部端缘平行。 
本实用新型在导电端子5的卷曲部531上设置了与第一压持部5311并列相连的第二压持部5312,且第一压持部5311和第二压持部5312呈阶梯状设置。这样,当导电端子5在铆接时,第一压持部5311首先压入到对应导电芯线30中,而低于第一压持部5311的第二压持部5312则起到一个缓冲的作用,可承担过度铆压时产生的多余应力,从而防止了卷曲部531因过度铆压而损坏导电芯线30。上述第二压持部5312根据实际情况,可只设在导通卷曲部531b上,但也可设在所有的卷曲部531上。 
请参阅所有附图,本实用新型在组装时,通过卷曲部531环绕铆接于对应线缆3的导电芯线30及绝缘外皮31,导电端子5分别压接至对应的线缆3。与对应线缆3电性连接的导电端子5自后端面42插入绝缘本体4的对应收容槽43内,而导电端子5的定位片55从绝缘本体4的插槽44露出并抵持着绝缘本体4的阻挡块45,以防止导电端子5在使用时向后移动,至此,组装完毕。 
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施方案,其它在本实施方案基础上所做的任何改进变换也应当不脱离本实用新型的技术方案。 

Claims (9)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子以及与对应导电端子连接的若干线缆,所述导电端子设有位于其后端并与对应线缆相连的卷曲部,其特征在于:所述卷曲部包括并列相连的第一压持部和第二压持部,且第一压持部与第二压持部之间存在高度差。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子还包括位于其前端的接触部,而所述每一卷曲部上的第二压持部较第一压持部更靠近所述接触部,且第二压持部较第一压持部低。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆包括导电芯线及包覆于导电芯线外的绝缘外皮。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述卷曲部包括固定卷曲部和导通卷曲部,其中,所述固定卷曲部将对应线缆的绝缘外皮卷覆固定,而导通卷曲部将对应线缆的导电芯线卷覆固定。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一压持部和第二压持部设置在导通卷曲部上。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固定卷曲部上亦设有第一压持部和第二压持部。
7.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括导电端子,该导电端子包括位于中间的基部、由基部侧缘延伸而成的一对对接部以及自基部后端向后延伸的卷曲部,所述卷曲部与对应线缆相连,其特征在于:所述卷曲部包括并列相连的第一压持部和第二压持部,且第一压持部高于第二压持部。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子还包括自对接部之端部向前延伸而成的接触部。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述每一卷曲部上的第二压持部较第一压持部更靠近所述接触部。
