本实用新型公开了一种新型炮孔封孔塞,包括密闭空腔,所述密闭空腔采用橡胶材质,由椭圆形塞头和喇叭形塞尾组成;所述塞尾末端与气泵的管口扣接,气泵通过塞尾给塞头充气,使橡胶塞头膨胀。本实用新型解决了堵塞炮孔时导爆索被硬性挤压破坏问题,结构简单,易加工,携带方便,造价低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型炮孔封孔塞。 
背景技术
目前工程爆破过程中,炮孔多用黄泥堵塞,然后再用钢管捣实。此种方法有两方面弱点。第一,黄泥一般就地取材,但对于山区爆破作业,黄泥不易寻找;第二,爆破作业距离一般较长,黄泥携不便。 
发明内容
为了克服黄泥在某些地区不易寻找,且在运往开掘面过程中费工费时、不便携带的问题,本实用新型提供一种炮孔封孔塞。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:炮孔封孔塞采用橡胶材质,由椭圆形塞头和喇叭形塞尾组成,塞头呈空心状的塞头。塞尾末端可以直接和气泵的管口扣接,气泵通过塞尾给塞头充气,橡胶塞头膨胀后涨满炮孔间隙,达到有效封堵炮孔的效果。本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、由于本实用新型采用了橡胶充气膨胀塞头,因而避免了导爆索在一般炮孔封孔头堵塞炮孔过程中被硬性挤压破坏的危险并且实现了可靠自封。 
2、结构明确、材料简单,便于加工。 
3、重量轻,便于爆破作业中携带。

具体实施方式
首先把塞尾与气泵的管口进行扣接,然后通过塞尾对塞头充气。在橡胶塞头膨胀到接近于炮孔直径时,停止充气,接着把膨胀到一定体积的塞头嵌入炮孔较深部位继续充气使其膨 胀,在塞头膨胀到一定程度达到对炮孔的可靠自封后停止充气,最后把气泵管口与塞尾分开。

1.一种新型炮孔封孔塞,其特征是,塞头的尾部连接有呈喇叭形的塞尾,橡胶塞头与塞尾一起形成密闭空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型炮孔封孔塞,其特征是,所述的塞头呈空心状的塞头。
