目前,钢水包盖是烘烤过程中防止热量散失的重要部件,过去采用单层结构,空气得不到预热,相应燃烧介质消耗大,烘烤效果欠佳,自预热钢包盖解决此项问题。

本实用新型为了解决预热后的空气进入燃烧器与燃气进行混合,燃烧时可明显提高火焰温度和强度。达到节能降耗目的。技术方案是,圆形包盖下方设置耐火材料,耐火材料中部设置烧嘴砖,耐火材料上方设置预热腔,预热腔外均匀分布30块以上吸热片,内腔是助燃空气盘管叶片式预热仓,可利用烘烤时的余热迅速将助燃空气预热到500℃,预热腔上设置出气口,出气口一侧设置进气口。
有益效果,现采用双层结构设计,解决了燃烧介质消耗大,烘烤效果欠佳的实际问题。
