本实用新型涉及一种能耐高温的燃烧炉膛,包括外罩(1)和内胆(2),外罩(1)和内胆(2)之间采用螺丝(6)旋拧固定,且两者之间有一空腔(3),内胆(2)背部设置有楔形加厚块(4),且内胆(2)锅沿下方沿圆周均匀开有多个排气口(5),排气口(5)与空腔(3)连通。本实用新型避免了燃气的逸散,使得燃气充分燃烧,且能有效分解燃烧产生的张力,另外楔形加厚块的存在大大加强了炉膛的耐热抗压能力,能达到防裂防变形的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种燃气燃烧的炉膛,尤指一种耐高温的燃气燃烧炉膛。 
背景技术:
目前,常用的炉膛是砖砌炉膛或普通生铁锻造炉膛由于炉膛内壁长时间接触高温火焰,因此这种炉膛在高温下极易发生破裂,从而不得不经常停火更换或维修整个炉膛,这样既耽误了工作效率又增加了使用的成本。另外,一般的炉膛锅圈为开放式锅圈,燃气燃烧时,由于锅圈完全开放,容易使得燃气逸散从而导致燃烧不充分,产生大量废气,对人体和环境危害较大同时也造成能源浪费。 
实用新型内容:
针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不易破裂、燃气不易逸散且燃烧充分的双层炉膛。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 
一种双层炉膛,包括外罩和内胆,所述外罩和内胆之间有一空腔,所述内胆背部设置有楔形加厚块,且内胆锅沿下方沿圆周均匀 开有多个排气口,排气口与空腔连通。 
为了有效分解燃烧产生的张力,所述外罩和内胆之间的固定方式是采用螺丝旋拧。 
作为该技术方案的更进一步,所述楔形加厚块环绕于内胆背部锅沿下方。 
作为该技术方案的更进一步,内胆正面的锅沿处设有凹槽。 
有益效果:本实用新型的炉膛采用内胆和外罩双层设计,避免了开放式炉膛燃气的逸散,也使得燃气充分燃烧,同时达到了保温的效果;内胆和外罩之间采用螺丝旋拧,能有效分解燃烧产生的张力;内胆背部采用了楔形加厚块环绕加厚处理,楔形加厚块的存在大大加强了炉膛的耐热抗压能力,可以达到防裂防变形的效果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,但实用新型的保护范围不受实施例所限。 
实施例1: 
见图1,图2,图3,图4,图5,图6,一种双层炉膛,主要由外罩1和内胆2组成;外罩1呈碗型,由金属铁一次性浇注而成,外罩的锅沿边设有四个螺母孔洞,用以与内胆固定时旋拧螺母用,外罩的另一端口处装有一中间有一圆孔的环状物,用于整个炉膛安装固定时用;内胆2呈漏斗形,由金属铁铸造而成,内胆2背部锅沿处沿圆周环绕设置有8个楔形加厚块4,楔形加厚块4在圆周上环绕的总长度约为该圆周周长的3/4,在内胆3的另一面的相对应位置也设有8个凹槽7,这样的设计是因为燃气燃烧时的火焰一般会直接与该区域内的内胆2边缘接触,所以主要的受热高温区在此范围内,在此区域内设置楔形加厚块4可以大大加强炉膛的受热抗压能力,可以达到防裂防变形的效果;在楔形加厚块4高度的3/4处的圆周上均匀开有多个排气口5;外罩1和内胆2通过螺母6旋拧固定在一起,这样的固定方式可以有效分解燃烧产生的张力;固定后的外罩1和内胆2之间形成一空腔3,内胆2上的排气口5与空腔3连通,这样的结构设计避免了燃气的逸散,使得燃气充分燃烧,同时达到保温的功效。
