现有的供热装置普遍存在的问题是:结构复杂、成本高、蓄热效果不够好,且能源浪费严重。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄热效果好、节省能源的蓄热式供热装置。
实现本实用新型目的的蓄热式供热装置,包括炉体、所述炉体围成的炉胆、与所述炉胆一侧相连的烧嘴,所述炉体包括内钢筒和外钢筒,所述内钢筒内侧设有多个预埋钢丝,所述内钢筒与炉胆之间填充有耐火浇注料,所述炉胆为蜂窝陶瓷蓄热结构。
本实用新型蓄热式供热装置的有益效果如下:
本实用新型的供热装置,炉体采用卧式结构、内衬采用耐火浇注料(使用温度1200℃),炉胆内为蜂窝陶瓷蓄热结构,内、外筒为不锈钢板;结构简单、热效率高;由于内部采用高效蓄热结构,使燃气达到充分燃烧,大大减少了干燥产品的二次污染,可烧天然气、液化气等燃料,应用范围广。

本实用新型的实施例如下。
如图1所示,本实用新型的蓄热式供热装置,包括炉体、所述炉体围成的炉胆6,与所述炉胆6一侧相连的烧嘴1,所述炉体包括内钢筒2和外钢筒3,所述内钢筒2内侧设有多个预埋钢丝4,所述内钢筒2与炉胆6之间填充有耐火浇注料5,所述炉胆6为蜂窝陶瓷蓄热结构。
本实用新型的供热装置,炉体采用卧式结构、内衬采用耐火浇注料5,其使用温度1200℃,炉胆6内为蜂窝陶瓷蓄热结构,内、外筒为不锈钢板;结构简单、热效率高;由于内部采用高效蓄热结构,使燃气达到充分燃烧,大大减少了干燥产品的二次污染,可烧天然气、液化气等燃料,应用范围广。
