本实用新型涉及一种球磨机出料端提升斗衬板，具体的说是选矿机械格子型球磨机出料端提升斗衬板。
背景技术
传统格子型球磨机出料端提升斗结构是在球磨机端盖内端面铸造多条均布等分的分隔筋，形成多个扇形室，在各个扇形室内壁安装簸箕形提升斗衬板，实现提升斗排矿的功能，这种结构比较笨重，而且过多占用球磨机体内空间，影响球磨机工作效率，工作中分格筋比较容易磨损，造成端盖过早出现报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种更加轻便、节能环保、耐磨且既能提高球磨机工作效率又能更好保护端盖的球磨机出料端提升斗衬板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的球磨机出料端提升斗衬板由外圈槽板、内圈槽板、喇叭型导流衬板、中心固定环和螺栓组件构成，外圈槽板和内圈槽板均设置为扇形并通过螺栓组件固定在球磨机端盖上，形成扇形室，喇叭形导流板通过螺栓组件固定在内圈槽板上，中间由中心固定环将四瓣喇叭形导流板连成一体。
本实用新型的球磨机出料端提升斗衬板与现有技术比较有如下效果：
整套球磨机出料端提升斗衬板均采用耐磨橡胶制作，内部有骨架作支撑确保强度，耐磨、轻便，可更换，使用寿命长，减轻了工人安装和维护的劳动强度，提升斗衬板与端盖贴合紧密安装间隙小.矿浆顺着喇叭形导流板顺畅流向中空轴，排出球磨机筒体，对端盖起的保护作用，减少了磨损，不需要在端盖内壁铸造分隔筋，增大了排矿空间，提升斗高度可适当降低从而增加球磨机筒体的磨矿空间，提高磨矿效率。

其中1、为外圈槽板，2、为内圈槽板，3、为喇叭形导流板，4、为中心固定环，5、为螺栓组件，6、为端盖，7、为槽板钢骨架，8、为喇叭形导流板钢骨架，9、为耐磨橡胶。
具体实施方式
图1所示的球磨机出料端提升斗衬板由外圈槽板1、内圈槽板2、喇叭型导流衬板3、中心固定环4和螺栓组件5构成，外圈槽板1和内圈槽板2均设置为扇形并通过螺栓组件5固定在球磨机端盖上，形成扇形室，喇叭形导流板3通过螺栓组件5固定在内圈槽板2上，中间由中心固定环4将四瓣喇叭形导流板3连成一体。
图2和图3所示的外圈槽板1和内圈槽板2均由钢骨架和耐磨橡胶9组成，中间均设有带孔的工字形筋，表面都衬有耐磨橡胶9，可取代传统结构的簸箕斗和分隔筋。
图4所示的喇叭形导流板3，使矿浆能够顺着喇叭形曲线顺畅导向球磨机中空轴排出磨机体外。
图5所示的外圈槽板1和内圈槽板2钢骨架均为槽板钢骨架7，表面是耐磨橡胶9，内部均有槽板钢骨架7作支撑。
图6所示的喇叭形导流板钢骨架8，表面是耐磨橡胶9，内部均有喇叭形导流板钢骨架8作支撑。

1.一种球磨机出料端提升斗衬板，由外圈槽板(1)、内圈槽板(2)、喇叭型导流衬板(3)、中心固定环(4)和螺栓组件(5)构成，其特征在于外圈槽板(1)和内圈槽板(2)均设置为扇形并通过螺栓组件(5)固定在球磨机端盖上，形成扇形室，喇叭形导流板(3)通过螺栓组件(5)固定在内圈槽板(2)上，中间由中心固定环(4)将四瓣喇叭形导流板(3)连成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球磨机出料端提升斗衬板，其特征在于外圈槽板(1)和内圈槽板(2)中间均设有带孔的工字形筋，表面均衬有耐磨橡胶(9)。
