Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种刮板输送机机头传动结构,它是将链轮传动盲轴和减速机输出轴的断面设计为多边形,相应的半滚筒的轴孔断面设计为与其相配合的正多边形。由于这种正多边形的轴面受力面积大,避免了因键槽受力集中而造成的损坏现象,不会再造成斜链、跳链、崩链等机械事故。而且减少了维修量和半滚筒的更换次数,提高了生产效率和节约了易损件成本。

本实用新型涉及煤矿井下采煤工作面用的刮板输送机。 
背景技术
目前煤矿井下采煤工作面刮板输送机,以SGB40T系列为主,适用于中间巷道和炮采工作面的煤炭输送。该系列输送机有以下不足,由于减速机输出轴和链轮传动盲轴的传动方式采用半滚筒平键连接结构,易造成半滚筒的键槽损坏,损坏后如不及时发现和更换,造成链条偏斜,发生机械事故,维修量大,而且更换半滚筒成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有上述传动结构的不足,提供一种不易损坏的刮板输送机机头传动结构。 
为达上述目的,本实用新型的传动结构是,刮板输送机链轮传动盲轴和减速机输出轴的断面设计为正多边形,相应的半滚筒的轴孔断面设计为与其相配合的正多边形。 
上面所述的正多边形,包括正五边形、正六边形、正八边形等。为了加工方便和受力需要优选正六边形,即将链轮传动盲轴和减速机输出轴设计为正六棱轴。 
本实用新型的优点是;由于这种正多边形的轴面受力面积大,避免了因半滚筒键槽受力集中而造成的损坏现象,不会再造成斜链、跳链、崩链等机械事故。而且减少了维修量和半滚筒的更换次数,提高了生产效率和节约了易损件成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型结构是将刮板输送机链轮传动盲轴1和减速机输出轴3的断面设计为正六边形,即六棱轴形式,相应的半滚筒2的轴孔断面设计为与其相配合的正六边形。 
本实施例不受等边六棱轴的限例,可以是其他正多边形的断面。

1.一种刮板输送机机头传动结构,其特征在于,链轮传动盲轴和减速机输出轴的断面为正多边形,相应的半滚筒的轴孔断面为与其相配合的正多边形。
2.如权利要求1所述的刮板输送机机头传动结构,其特征在于,所述的正多边形为正五边形、正六边形或正八边形。
