- 一种带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,包括:余热锅炉烟道,所述余热锅炉烟道的一端设置有烟气进口,另一端设置有烟气出口;所述余热锅炉烟道上还设置有取烟口和回烟口,所述取烟口设置于所述烟气进口和所述回烟口之间,所述取烟口与所述烟气进口之间设置有第一受热面,所述取烟口和回烟口之间设置有挡板,所述回烟口与所述烟气出口之间设置有第二受热面;所述挡板能够切断所述取烟口和所述回烟口之间的余热锅炉烟道。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述挡板为活动 挡板,所述挡板闭合时,能够切断所述取烟口和所述回烟口之间的余热锅炉烟道,所述挡板 开启时,所述取烟口和所述回烟口之间的余热锅炉烟道导通。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述余热锅炉烟 道由平行设置的第一通道、第二通道和连接所述第一通道和所述第二通道顶部的连接通道 组成,所述烟气进口设置于所述第一通道的底部,所述烟气出口设置于所述第二通道的底 部。
- 4.如权利要求3所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述取烟口和所 述回烟口均设置于所述第一通道上,所述取烟口设置于所述烟气进口的上部,所述回烟口 设置于所述取烟口的上部。
- 5.如权利要求4所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述取烟口和所 述回烟口设置于所述第一通道的中部。
- 6.如权利要求1所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述取烟口和所 述回烟口与一脱硝系统连接。
- 7.如权利要求6所述的带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,其特征在于,所述取烟口和所 述回烟口上均设置有一闸板,所述取烟口和所述回烟口上的闸板均开启时,所述取烟口和 所述回烟口与所述脱硝系统之间的烟道导通,所述取烟口和所述回烟口上的闸板均关闭 时,所述取烟口和所述回烟口与所述脱硝系统之间的烟道断开。
