本发明公开一种玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,包括:a、余热锅炉(15)中设有第四闸板(14),形成高温段(6)和低温段(5),烟囱(7)的旁路烟道(9)与高温段(6)连接,低温段(5)排烟管道与烟囱(7)相连;b、高温段(6)设有旁通管道与干法脱硫反应器(3)、高温电除尘器(2)、脱硝反应器(1)相连;c、脱硝反应器通过管道与低温段(5)相连。本发明的有益效果:高温烟气先通过余热锅炉高温段,烟气温度得到降低,使除尘器ESP电极材料不需适应过高温度,也可以满足SCR脱硝系统对温度的要求。烟气经过脱硫和除尘后,再次进入余热锅炉的低温段,充分有效的回收烟气的余热。
Description
玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置
技术领域
[0001 ] 本发明涉及 环保技术领域,尤其涉及玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝及余热发电装置。背景技术
[0002] 玻璃熔窑是一种高资源消耗、高污染物排放和高耗能的工业窑炉。我国平板玻璃生产过程中,主要以重油为燃料,熔窑烟气排放造成严重的大气污染物问题,其中主要污染物为颗粒物、SO2和NOx。经过多年的自主开发,玻璃熔窑烟气脱硫技术逐渐成熟,烟尘和SO2污染已经得到一定的控制。但目前国内烟气脱硫技术多数为湿法烟气脱硫,脱硫产生的废水需进一步处理,而脱硫产生的废渣利用率不充分,废渣压滤后只能作为路面填充物,不利于资源的循环利用。
[0003] 而目前玻璃熔窑的氮氧化物污染的无控制排放还在继续。随着我国进入“十二五”时期,NOx的排放已纳入国家总量控制目标污染物,2011年10月开始执行《平板玻璃工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 26453-2011),明确规定氮氧化物指标(NOx排放低于700 mg/Nm3),标志着玻璃行业强制脱硝时代的到来。
[0004] 随着国内玻璃工业的不断发展和完善,对玻璃熔窑余热的利用要求及方式发生了变化,利用玻璃生产过程中的余热建设电站后,电站的产品一电力将回用于玻璃生产。这套系统在回收工厂生产过程中产生的大量余热的同时,减少工厂对环境的热污染,并给企业带来巨大的经济效益。因此,开发和应用适合我国玻璃熔窑烟气特点的脱硫除尘脱硝及余热发电系统化技术已是刻不容缓。
[0005] 现有技术对玻璃熔窑的烟气处理,通常是先除尘脱硝,然后再进行余热回收和脱硫。CN 201020562854. 6公开了一种玻璃窑烟气综合治理系统,包括:带脱硝接口的玻璃窑余热锅炉,玻璃窑余热锅炉包括一余热锅炉烟道,余热锅炉烟道的一端设置有烟气进口,另一端设置有烟气出口 ;余热锅炉烟道上还设置有取烟口和回烟口 ;脱硝除尘系统,除尘装置的一端与取烟口连接,另一端与脱硝装置的一端连接,脱硝装置的另一端与回烟口连接;第一风机,与烟气出口连接;脱硫装置,脱硫装置的一端与第一风机连接。
[0006] 上述方法能够实现烟气余热的有效利用,烟气先除尘脱硝后进行脱硫,存在以下问题:脱硫可采用干法和湿法两种方法,若采用干法脱硫,产生的固体物质仍需电除尘器或袋式除尘器除尘,前端除尘设备未能有效利用,同时额外增加投资成本;若采用湿法脱硫,易造成脱硫废水和废渣难处理、投资和运行成本增加等问题。
[0007] 玻璃熔窑烟气脱硫脱硝及余热发电,重点在于研究两个方面的问题:一是充分高效地回收烟气中的余热,以降低玻璃生产的成本;二是研究适用于我国玻璃熔窑烟气特点的余热发电、脱硝、脱硫及除尘技术,并降低工程投资和运行成本。在满足环保可持续要求的前提下,也不能大幅增加企业的负担,以利生产企业的健康发展。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明的目的在于提供玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,旨在解决玻璃熔窑烟气余热的回收利用、污染物的排放控制、以及成本的降低等问题。
[0009] 为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,包括玻璃熔窑和烟®,烟®与余热锅炉相连,汽轮机发电装置与余 热锅炉相连,其特征在于包括:
a、余热锅炉的换热部分中部设有第四闸板,将换热部分分为高温段和低温段,烟囱的旁路烟道与高温段的入口相连,并在烟道旁路烟道中设有第一闸板,低温段出口设有排烟管道与烟囱相连,排烟管道中设有引风机;
b、高温段设有旁通管道与干法脱硫反应器相连,旁通管道中设有第二闸板;
C、干法脱硫反应器烟气出口通过管道与高温电除尘器相连;
d、高温电除尘器烟气出口通过管道与脱硝反应器相连;
e、脱硝反应器烟气出口通过管道与低温段相连,脱硝反应器与低温段5之间的烟气管道中设有第三闸板。
[0010] 本发明的工艺路线为:玻璃熔窑的高温烟气经烟道旁路首先进入到余热发电锅炉的高温段,使烟气温度降低至400°c左右进入脱硫装置,烟气出脱硫装置后进入高温电除尘器(ESP),然后烟气进入SCR反应器,从SCR反应器出来的烟气再回到余热锅炉的低温段,充分回收烟气余热用于发电,而净化后的烟气经烟囱排放。
[0011] 在锅炉内部烟道合适的高温段和低温段之间设置第四闸板,用于控制烟气是否直接通过余热锅炉,烟气需要脱硫脱硝处理时,关闭第四闸板即可。
[0012] 上述的脱硫除尘系统,脱硫采用高温干法脱硫工艺;除尘采用高温电除尘器,除尘器的最高使用温度为450°C,用于去除烟气中的灰尘颗粒物和干法脱硫产生的固体物质。
[0013] 上述的脱硝系统,脱硝采用SCR反应器,并选用高温催化剂,适应温度为2500C〜420°C之间。经过SCR反应器出来的净化烟气经烟道与锅炉低温段的旁通回烟口相连接,净化后的烟气进入余热锅炉,充分回收烟气余热。
[0014] 上述的旁通出烟口下游和旁通回烟口上游设置的烟道第二和第三闸板,可以保证对脱硫脱硝装置停运检修时,而不影响烟气余热的有效利用。
[0015] 可根据污染物排放标准要求和玻璃厂实际需要,如熔窑烟气SO2浓度已达标,可直接对烟气进行除尘脱硝处理。
[0016] 本发明具有以下有益效果:
(I)高温烟气首先通过余热发电锅炉高温段,一方面能避免高温烟气的热能损失;另一方面烟气温度得到降低,使ESP的电极材料不需要适应过高的温度,从而可以节约电极成本,同时也可以满足SCR脱硝系统对温度的要求。
[0017] (2)烟气经过脱硫和除尘后,有效避免SCR催化剂中毒,保证催化剂的高活性和较长的使用寿命。
[0018] (3)系统脱硫脱硝后的烟气再次进入余热发电锅炉的低温段,充分有效的回收烟气的余热。
[0019] (4)干法脱硫、高温电除尘及SCR脱硝系统并未造成烟气的大幅度降温,保证了后续余热发电的正常进行。
[0020] (5)玻璃熔窑烟气经过余热发电锅炉的余热回收率不小于70%,净化后烟气中SO2的含量不大于100 mg/Nm3,颗粒物含量不大于50 mg/Nm3,氮氧化物含量不大于150 mg/Nm3。[0021] 因此,整个系统三项技术相辅相成:一方面通过余热利用降低了烟气的温度,为烟气治理提供了条件;另一方面余热发电可观的经济效益,为烟气治理提供了资金的保障。而脱硫脱硝系统对玻璃熔窑烟气进行治理能达到平板玻璃工业大气污染物排放标准。整个系统设备投资和运行成本较少,减少了企业的负担同时创造了经济效益,完全符合国家节能减排政策、技术可行、经济和环境效益显著,是一项值得研究发展,并加以推广的使用技术。

具体实施方式
[0023] 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
[0024] 如图I所示,本发明所提供的一种玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,包括以下五个部分:
a、余热锅炉15,其换热部分中部设有第四闸板14,将换热部分分为高温段6和低温段5,烟囱7的旁路烟道9与高温段6的入口相连,并在旁路烟道9中设有第一闸板11,低温段5出口设有排烟管道与烟囱7相连,排烟管道中设有引风机4 ;汽轮机发电装置10与余热锅炉15蒸发部分相连;
b、高温段6设有旁通管道与干法脱硫反应器3相连,旁通管道中设有第二闸板12 ;
C、干法脱硫反应器3烟气出口通过管道与高温电除尘器2相连;
d、高温电除尘器2烟气出口通过管道与脱硝反应器I相连;
e、脱硝反应器I烟气出口通过管道与低温段5相连,脱硝反应器I与低温段5之间的烟气管道中设有第三闸板13。
[0025] 其具体实施路线为:从烟道旁路9到余热锅炉发电高温段6之间的烟气管道设有一闸板11,用于控制烟气是否进入本发明提供的烟气综合治理系统。开启一闸板11,从玻璃熔窑8的高温烟气经烟道旁路9首先进入到余热锅炉的高温段6烟气进口,使烟气温度降低,先回收一部分烟气余热;在锅炉内部烟道合适的高温段和低温段之间设置四闸板14,用于控制烟气是否直接通过余热锅炉。烟气需要脱硫脱硝处理时,关闭闸板14即可;并在余热锅炉合适的高温段设置烟气的旁通出烟口,旁通出烟口经烟道与干法脱硫反应器3相连接,同时在旁通出烟口下游设置烟道二闸板12,用于控制烟气是否进入脱硫脱硝净化系统;干法脱硫反应器3内喷入脱硫剂,与烟气中SO2充分反应;烟气出脱硫反应器直接进入高温电除尘器(ESP)2,烟气中的灰尘颗粒物和干法脱硫产生的固体物质得到有效的去除;高温电除尘器2与SCR脱硝反应器I通过烟道连接,烟气进入SCR反应器I中,温度维持在350°C左右,反应器内装有高活性高温SCR催化剂,能保证烟气中氮氧化物有效的去除;在余热锅炉合适的低温段5设置有烟气的旁通回烟口,保证了经过脱硫脱硝净化后的烟气能够继续回到余热锅炉中,充分回收烟气余热;在余热锅炉低温段的旁通回烟口上游设置有烟道三闸板13,烟道闸板12和13的存在确保了脱硫脱硝净化系统需要停运检修时,不影响余热发电锅炉的正常运转。烟气经余热锅炉低温段5充分利用余热后,从余热锅炉出口排出;净化后的烟气经引风机4提供动力从烟囱7排入空气中。余热锅炉产生的蒸汽送至汽轮机发电系统10进行发电。

Claims (2)
1.玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,包括玻璃熔窑(8)、烟囱(7)、余热锅炉(15 )和汽轮机发电装置(10 ),其特征在于: a、余热锅炉(15)的换热部分中部设有第四闸板(14),将换热部分分为高温段(6)和低温段(5),烟囱(7)的旁路烟道(9)与高 温段(6)的入口相连,并在烟道旁路烟道(9)中设有第一闸板(11),低温段(5)出口设有排烟管道与烟囱(7)相连,排烟管道中设有引风机(4); b、高温段(6)设有旁通管道与干法脱硫反应器(3)相连,旁通管道中设有第二闸板(12); C、干法脱硫反应器(3)烟气出口通过管道与高温电除尘器(2)相连; d、高温电除尘器(2 )烟气出口通过管道与脱硝反应器(I)相连; e、脱硝反应器(I)烟气出口通过管道与低温段(5 )相连。
2.根据权利要求I所述的玻璃熔窑烟气的脱硫脱硝余热发电系统化装置,其特征在于:脱硝反应器(I)与低温段(5)之间的烟气管道中设有第三闸板(13)。
