本实用新型涉及一种电磁发热盘。
背景技术
电磁发热盘的结构一般包括磁芯、发热盘、内套管、外套管、接线端子及支架,磁芯均匀置于支架的孔槽内,并用环氧树脂固定;所述支架和梯形磁芯的上方设置有发热盘,由绝缘胶带隔离梯形磁芯和发热盘;发热盘的内圈端部与支架孔结合处套有内套管,发热盘的外圈端部套有绝缘的外套管,接线端子固定在发热盘外圈端部并浸锡处理。目前市场上同类产品接线端子普遍采用压接后搪锡工艺,导线与端子连接部位不够牢固;接触电阻大发热量大;不容易达到环保要求。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、同时降低产品成本的电磁发热盘。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过如下技术方案加以实现:
一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯1、线圈盘2和支架6;磁芯1放在支架6内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘2沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架6和磁芯1上方并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;在线圈盘2内圈端部与支架6结合处套有一个绝缘内套管3,绝缘外套管4套在线圈盘2外圈端部处,接线端子5焊接在线圈盘2外圈端部;所述线圈盘2采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:接触电阻小发热量小、无需搪锡或其它表面处理,满足环保要求,能有效降低电磁发热线圈的温升,同时降低产品成本。

图1是本实用新型的整体结构示意图。从图1可看到,一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯1、线圈盘2和支架6;磁芯1放在支架6内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘2沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架6和磁芯1上方并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;在线圈盘2内圈端部与支架6结合处套有一个绝缘内套管3,绝缘外套管4套在线圈盘2外圈端部处,接线端子5焊接在线圈盘2外圈端部,由于采用瞬间焊接工艺,导线与端子连接部位牢固;所述线圈盘2采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制而成,视功率大小而定铜线圈的图数。

1.一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯(1)、线圈盘(2)和支架(6);磁芯(1)放在支架(6)内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘(2)沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架(6)和磁芯(1)上方并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;在线圈盘(2)内圈端部与支架(6)结合处套有一个绝缘内套管(3),绝缘外套管(4)套在线圈盘(2)外圈端部处,其特征在于:接线端子(5)焊接在线圈盘(2)外圈端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁发热盘,其特征在于:所述线圈盘(2)采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制而成。
