本实用新型公开了一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯(1)、线圈盘(2)和支架(6),所述磁芯(1)放在支架(6)孔内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘(2)沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架(6)和磁芯(1)的上方,并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;接线端子(5)点焊后压牢在线圈盘(2)外圈端部;所述线圈盘(2)采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制8~30圈而成;绝缘内套管(3)套在线圈盘(2)内圈端部与支架(6)孔结合处,绝缘外套管(4)套在线圈盘(2)外圈端部处。本实用新型的电磁发热盘接触电阻小、发热量小;满足环保要求,能有效降低电磁发热线圈的温升,同时降低产品成本。

本实用新型涉及一种电磁炉领域,特别适用于一种平底锅电磁炉的电磁发热盘。
背景技术
目前,市场上同类产品电磁发热盘的接线端子普遍采用压接后搪锡工艺,导线与端子连接部位不够牢固;接触电阻大、发热量大;不容易达到环保要求。因此,技术人员渴望能对现有技术加以改进,以克服现有技术的不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种接触电阻小发热量小的电磁发热盘。为达到上述目的,本实用新型通过如下技术方案加以实现:
一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯1、线圈盘2和支架6,所述磁芯1放在支架6孔内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘2沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架6和磁芯1上方,并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;接线端子5点焊并压牢在线圈盘2外圈端部;所述线圈盘2采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制8~30圈而成;绝缘内套管3套在线圈盘2内圈端部与支架6孔结合处,绝缘外套管4套在线圈盘2外圈端部处。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:接触电阻小发热量小;满足环保要求,能有效降低电磁发热线圈的温升,同时降低产品成本。

图1所示,一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯1、线圈盘2和支架6,所述磁芯1放在支架6孔内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘2沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架6和磁芯1上方,并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;接线端子5点焊并压牢在线圈盘2外圈端部;所述线圈盘2采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制8~30圈而成;绝缘内套管3套在线圈盘2内圈端部与支架6孔结合处,绝缘外套管4套在线圈盘2外圈端部处。
本产品接线端子采用点焊后压接工艺,导线与端子连接部位牢固;接触电阻小发热量小;完全满足环保要求,能有效降低电磁发热线圈的温升,同时降低产品成本。

1、一种电磁发热盘,包括磁芯(1)、线圈盘(2)和支架(6),其特征在于,所述磁芯(1)放在支架(6)孔内并用环氧树脂固定,线圈盘(2)沿逆时针方向绕制成形后安放在支架(6)和磁芯(1)的上方,并用绝缘胶带隔离铁氧体磁芯和线圈;接线端子(5)点焊后压牢在线圈盘(2)外圈端部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁发热盘,其特征在于,所述线圈盘(2)采用多股漆包圆铜线绕制8~30圈而成;绝缘内套管(3)套在线圈盘(2)内圈端部与支架(6)孔结合处,绝缘外套管(4)套在线圈盘(2)外圈端部处。
