本实用新型涉及一种太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块。
背景技术
太阳能的利用越来越受到世界各国重视,人们对太阳能转换为电能的相关设备也提出了越来越高的要求,现有的太阳能光伏组件用电源管理技术是把单个塑封二极管插接或焊接在导电端子弹簧及其他辅助装置上,太阳能光伏组件单个电源单元电极引线也是采用插接或焊接的连接方式,中国专利号200620071362.0公开的产品就是把塑封二极管插接或焊接在端子上。
现有技术都是通过传统塑封二极管两根细小管脚连接,二极管的引脚很细PN结上产生的热量难以散掉,热阻非常大,导致二极管温升较快,温度较高,容易损坏。
中国专利号200920001471.9公开的传统光伏接线盒内有大量零部件,装配成本及零件成本较高,浪费资源,也不利于环保,并且传统光伏接线盒内部发热部位也很难与外部直接做快速热交换。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块,解决现有技术中二极管PN结散热困难,二极管温升快、温度高、易损坏等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:所述的太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块由导电紫铜端子、PN结芯片、铜连接片和封装黑胶构成,PN结芯片的一端烧结在导电紫铜端子上,另一端烧结在连接片上,PN结芯片之间通过连接片与铜端子依次连接,最后用半导体专用封装黑胶封装成一个整体。
和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、结构简单,可做到模块化;
2、直接把PN结芯片做到铜端子上,由于铜端子面积比普通塑封二极管引脚大得多,因此PN结工作热量能够很快释放掉,热阻极低,温升可控制在较低范围内,极大保证了产品的寿命;
3、通过在封装壳体上装散热片,可直接与外部做热交换。

本实用新型涉及的太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块由导电紫铜端子1、PN结芯片2、铜连接片3和封装黑胶构成,PN结芯片2的一端烧结在导电紫铜端子1上,另一端烧结在连接片3上,PN结芯片2之间通过连接片3依次连接,最后用半导体专用封装黑胶4将导电紫铜端子1、PN结芯片2和连接片3封装成一个整体。

1.一种太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块,其特征在于:由导电紫铜端子(1)、PN结芯片(2)、铜连接片(3)和封装黑胶(4)构成,PN结芯片(2)的一端烧结在导电紫铜端子(1)上,另一端烧结在连接片(3)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏组件用电源管理模块,其特征在于:所述PN结芯片(2)之间通过连接片(3)依次连接,封装黑胶(4)将导电紫铜端子(1)、PN结晶圆(2)和连接片(3)封装成一个整体。
