干式排渣机 
技术领域  本实用新型属于锅炉技术领域,涉及一种清除炉渣的干式排渣机。 
背景技术  现有技术的锅炉清渣方式,大多是人工操作,就是定时将落入炉膛下面风室里的煤渣靠人工扒出来,劳动强度大;另外,由于炉渣的温度很高,不但费时费力还会造成热量的浪费;为了给炉渣降温还要消耗大量的冷水。 
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在劳动强度大和热量浪费的技术问题,提供一种干式排渣机,从而克服现有技术的不足。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型干式排渣机,包括排渣机壳,排渣机壳的一端上面设有与锅炉风室连通的落渣斗,排渣机壳的另一端下面设有出渣口,排渣机壳的下面设有支架;排渣机壳内设有高温输送链,高温输送链的下面设有清扫链,高温输送链和清扫链的两端分别设有主、从动辊,主动辊与电机的传动轴连接;所述排渣机壳上设有进风口。 
为了防止高温输送链和清扫链出现松动,所述高温输送链和清扫链的从动辊上设有张紧机构。 
本实用新型结构设计合理,能够连续的接受和送出高温炉渣,并在输送过程中使灰渣的热量得以回收随风返回炉膛,能满足高温、高尘工况的要求。解决了现有技术存在劳动强度大和热量浪费的技术问题。

具体实施方式  根据附图,本实用新型它包括排渣机壳7,排渣机壳7的一端上面设有与锅炉风室连通的落渣斗1,排渣机壳7的另一端下面设有出渣口5,排渣机壳7的下面设有支架6;排渣机壳7内设有高温输送链2,高温输送链2的下面设有清扫链3,高温输送链2和清扫链3的两端分别设有主、从动辊,主动辊4与电机的传动轴连接;排渣机壳7上设有进风口9;高温输送链2和清扫链3的从动辊上设有张紧机构8。 
本实用新型干式排渣机的工作原理:锅炉正常运行时,高温炉渣经炉底进入干式排渣机的落渣斗1,在锅炉炉膛负压的作用下,自然风从进风口9进入干式排渣机壳7内,将高温炉渣冷却,冷却后的炉渣经高温输送链2输送至出渣口5排出;冷却炉渣产生的热风经落渣斗1进入锅炉炉膛返烧,从而减少了锅炉的热量损失,提高了锅炉的效率;从高温输送链2落下的细灰再经清扫链3输送至出渣口5排出。 
本实用新型具有下述特点: 
1、空气和热炉渣直接接触,炉渣中未完全燃烧的碳在干式排渣机中再燃烧,燃烧后的热量和热渣中所含的热量由风带入炉膛,减少了锅炉的热量损失,提高了锅炉的热效率; 
2、干式排渣机排出的渣为干渣,干渣中的氧化钙等物质未被破坏,可直接用作建筑材料,干渣综合利用价值高; 
3、干式排渣机用风冷却热渣,不需要水冷却热渣,节约了大量水资源。

1.一种干式排渣机,其特征是它包括排渣机壳,排渣机壳的一端上面设有与锅炉风室连通的落渣斗,排渣机壳的另一端下面设有出渣口,排渣机壳的下面设有支架;排渣机壳内设有高温输送链,高温输送链的下面设有清扫链,高温输送链和清扫链的两端分别设有主、从动辊,主动辊与电机的传动轴连接;所述排渣机壳上设有进风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干式排渣机,其特征是所述高温输送链和清扫链的从动辊上设有张紧机构。
