Abstract

油缸有杆腔缓冲结构,活塞杆伸入在缸体内的一端装有活塞,在活塞的后侧设有一装于活塞杆上的缓冲套,缸体的开口端联接有端盖,端盖的内侧开有与缓冲套配合的缓冲孔,端盖上开有与缓冲孔相通的排油孔,活塞杆安装缓冲套的部位开有环形凹槽,在环形凹槽中装有尼龙衬环,缓冲套套在尼龙衬环外部、且两者间为过盈配合,缓冲套与活塞杆间为间隙配合。当活塞运行到接近端盖的部位,缓冲套开始进入端盖时,即使缓冲套与端盖上的缓冲孔的配合存在一定的偏差,但通过尼龙衬环微小的弹性变形的调整,仍可使缓冲套进入缓冲孔后找正定心,顺利实现两者配合,完成缓冲。本实用新型结构合理、可靠,缓冲效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种油缸,具体地说是一种油缸有杆腔缓冲结构。 
背景技术
现有油缸中有杆腔通常采用的缓冲结构为:活塞杆伸入在缸体内的一端装有活塞,在活塞的后侧设有一装于活塞杆上的缓冲套,缸体的开口端联接有端盖,端盖的内侧开有与缓冲套配合的缓冲孔。在这种缓冲结构中,缓冲套与缓冲孔的配合准确性取决于活塞杆、缓冲孔及缓冲套的形位公差和尺寸公差,一但上述各项公差的误差累积影响到缓冲套与缓冲孔的配合时,会导致缓冲套进入端盖时不易找正,进而影响缓冲。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油缸有杆腔缓冲结构,该缓冲结构可克服一定的偏差、在缓冲过程中自动找正定心。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:油缸有杆腔缓冲结构,活塞杆伸入在缸体内的一端装有活塞,在活塞的后侧设有一装于活塞杆上的缓冲套,缸体的开口端联接有端盖,端盖的内侧开有与缓冲套配合的缓冲孔,端盖上开有与缓冲孔相通的排油孔,活塞杆安装缓冲套的部位开有环形凹槽,在环形凹槽中装有尼龙衬环,缓冲套套在尼龙衬环外部、且两者间为过盈配合,缓冲套与活塞杆间为间隙配合。 
由上述方案可见,当活塞运行到接近端盖的部位,缓冲套开始进入端盖时,即使缓冲套与端盖上的缓冲孔的配合存在一定的偏差,但通过尼龙衬环微小的弹性变形的调整,仍可使缓冲套进入缓冲孔后找正定心,顺利实现两者配合,完成缓冲。

本实用新型提供的油缸有杆腔的缓冲结构为:活塞杆2伸入在缸体5内的一端装有活塞6,在活塞6的后侧设有一装于活塞杆2上的缓冲套4,缸体5的开口端联接有端盖1,端盖1的内侧开有与缓冲套4配合的缓冲孔1a,端盖1上开有与缓冲孔1a相通的排油孔1b。活塞杆2安装缓冲套4的部位开有环形凹槽2a,在环形凹槽2a中装有尼龙衬环3,缓冲套4套在尼龙衬环3的外部、且两者间为过盈配合,缓冲套4与活塞杆2间为间隙配合。 
本实用新型中尼龙衬环3的设置,旨在通过它的微小的弹性变形,调整缓冲套4与缓冲孔1a间配合的误差,以实现两者的顺利配合,达到较好的缓冲效果。

1.油缸有杆腔缓冲结构,活塞杆伸入在缸体内的一端装有活塞,在活塞的后侧设有一装于活塞杆上的缓冲套,缸体的开口端联接有端盖,端盖的内侧开有与缓冲套配合的缓冲孔,端盖上开有与缓冲孔相通的排油孔,其特征在于:活塞杆安装缓冲套的部位开有环形凹槽,在环形凹槽中装有尼龙衬环,缓冲套套在尼龙衬环外部、且两者间为过盈配合,缓冲套与活塞杆间为间隙配合。
